模具维修及QC 确认流程图 MOLD REPAIR AND QC BUYOFF FLOWCHART 填写内容Item to fill:-记录模具及产品出现的问题Record problem with mold & part -收集最后2模Collect 2 last shot .
-将MRC 和样品交给QA Pass MRC & Samples to QA .
-将最后一模样品交给模具工程师检查1 last shot sample passed to Mold Engineer for review .-模具工程师在MRC 里写上修改内容Moulding Engineer in MRC write to modification the content -通知生产维修截止日期Inform and discuss with Production on leadtime .-产品标识处需要修改的模具，相关项目工程师需要参与维修评审及批准工作Product identification place need to modify the mould , related project engineer will involve in the repair review -如有必要，项目工程师将安排测试If necessary, project engineer will arrange testing .
-维修区域需要100%检验Area under repair need 100% inspection .

-修模人员开始修模Mold repairer start to repair .
