BEIJING, Feb. 21（Xinhua）—Beijing, Tianjin and
those major cities are experiencing another round of heavy
smog and air pollution that is expected to last for a week.
China issued a red alert（预警）for pollution, forecasting bad
conditions in northern Beijing, western Tianjin, central and
