成人生长激素缺乏病的临床进展
【摘要】探讨成人生长激素缺乏病的临床分析进展。临床研究
表明，成人生长激素缺乏（ghd）除对成年患者的生活质量和身体
组成造成影响外，还是诱发死亡的重要因素，在心血管患者中表现得更为显著。对成人生长激素缺乏病相关诊断和治疗进行探讨，同时对成人ghd患者采用人工重组生长激素代替治疗的对心血管发病率、骨折率、死亡率的影响展开讨论，为临床应用提供依据。

【abstract】discussion of adult growth hormone deficiency diseases: a clinical analysis of. clinical studies have shown, adult growth hormone deficiency ( ghd ) in addition to adult patients’’quality of life and body composition of impact, or induce the death of important factors, in cardiovascular patients showed more significant. for adult growth hormone deficiency disease diagnosis and treatment were discussed, at the same time on adult ghd patients using artificial recombinant growth hormone replacement therapy on cardiovascular morbidity, mortality rate, the influence of fracture is discussed, in order to provide basis for clinical use.
