模块化多电平换流器动态相量建模

摘要模块化多电平换流器(MMC)包含大量由开关器件组成的子模块,导致基于这种换流器的高压直流输电系统(MMC-HVDC)电磁暂态模型仿真速度和规模受到限制,机电暂态模型无法显示换流器内部环流等特性,时域解析数学模型用于环流分析时计算复杂、灵活性差。为了快速地计算MMC交直流侧电压、电流,在MMC开关函数模型和状态方程表示的等效模型的基础上推导了动态相量模型。在Matlab中编写以各阶动态相量为状态变量的状态方程进行计算,得到包括直流侧2次环流在内的换流器内外部电压、电流特性,并与应用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件得到的电磁暂态模型进行了暂、稳态和仿真耗时的对比。结果表明,所提动态相量模型计算的交流侧输出电压、电流和直流侧环流与电磁暂态模型吻合,动态相量模型是正确且高效的。

Abstract Modular multi-level converter (MMC) contains large number of sub-modules (SMs) consisted by switches. The simulation duration and scale are limited by the electromagnetic model of MMC-HVDC; electromechanical model cannot show internal characteristics like circulating current;

time domain analytical mathematical model is complicated and lacking in flexibility at circulating current analysis. In order to achieve fast calculation of MMC AC and DC voltage and current, this paper derived dynamic phasor model of MMC basing on the switching function model and state equation model. The state equation of each order dynamic phasor was calculated in Matlab to obtain external and internal voltage and current, including 2nd circulating current. The results were compared with electromagnetic transient model in Matlab/Simulink at transient and steady situation, as well as the simulation time. The conclusions suggest that output voltage and current in the AC system and circulating current in the DC system, which are computed by the dynamic phasor model, are identical with the results of electromagnetic transient model. The dynamic phasor model is accurate and efficient.
