The blockbuster film Titanic has brought millions of dollars and thousands of people to the theaters and continues to touch people today in their homes. Why is
this film so successful? It is a combination of many different things. Among these are many different elements. Looking at some of these elements will show how the director and others involved were able to create an emotionally charged movie that appealed to millions.
The film uses one thematic(主题的) element called The Truth of Human Nature. The two main characters seem to represent noble people. Most of the other characters in the film are shown as non-tolerant, rude and cold-hearted people. There are also social problems addressed. This is done in a few different ways. The most noticeable way is that the lower class people remain locked in the basement as the ship goes down. On the other hand, the rich, upper class are always shown in a flat light portraying the feeling of hardness and coldness. By using these techniques, they show the issue of class segregation(种族隔离), and they create stereotypes. The main characters are able to break free of these stereotypes and be together. This is the solution to the segregation problem.
As you can see,Titanic took a lot of thinking and preparation to film in a manner that would create emotion and bring to the surface the issues and story of the great ship.

It’s a case of the grass not being any greener on the other side. Nearly 60 percent of Australian workers are not happy with their employer, but almost 50 percent stick it out because they believe there are not many ideal companies around, a survey released today shows.
The report by career networking site https://www.doczj.com/doc/a711919390.html,. au found that after taking into account working hours, staff morale, industry, wages, image, charity support and career progression, the majority of the 2000 people surveyed believed their company did not quite make the grade.

Generally speaking, staff morale (75 percent), wages (68 percent) and nearness to home (54 percent) are the factors considered when determining the ideal companies. “Workers should not hold back from trying to improve their office environment,”Mr Sallabank said，“There are all sorts of ways where employees can be successful in obtaining this but if attempts continually fall on deaf ears then voting with your feet is the best way to improve the situation as there are plenty of good employers out there.”

高考英语口试概况 一. 口试的对象: 报考外语专业或报考对外语有特殊要求的专业（省高招办在招生计划公布时注明）的考生。外语口试的题目由省教育厅自行命题。 二. 口试的程序: 外语口试试卷共6套，每半天使用一套题，每套题各包含3份题型相同、难度相近但内容不同的考题，由考生随机抽取一份作为口试题目。每份试题包括两部分: 一部分是“提问问题”(本部分题目由主考老师持有); 另一部分是“短文朗读”(本部分由学生持有并在考场内准备1分钟左右)。每位考生口试总时间一般控制在3至5分钟。 三. 口试的等级: 考生口试成绩由2至3位口试教师按试卷评判标准统一评估后填入记录表。主考老师对考生语音面貌以及语言交流情况作出优、良、合格、不合格四个等级的评价。考生是否有口吃、大舌、嘶哑、方言过重也作为评判的根据。等级成绩并不计入学生高考总分，而是当成院校录取参考。 四. 口试的备考:
