20年经济社会事业发展 情况简介 香精产业情况： 1988年，岭秀瑶族乡在长洞村和大兴村交界地落富坳首次建成香精生产加工厂，年生产量高峰时期达到200多吨，也实现过产值上百万的辉煌业绩，其山苍籽精油加工曾一度享誉省内外，前来交易香精的客商云集。90年代是岭秀乡乃至全县鼎鼎有名的加工厂，同时，岭秀香精厂也大大提高了瑶乡人民的人均收入。 油茶产业基地情况： 岭秀乡油茶种植基地在省市县三级的支持和引导下，利用当地土地、气候等资源优势，抢抓黄金时节，积极引导农村技术能人、产业大户实施山地开发。广泛发动农户以家庭或联营等形式整理改造林地，大力发展油茶产业。同时鼓励农户以“山地入股、集体开发”的形式，推进规模经营，实现农民增收。全乡上下掀起种植油茶的热潮。 徐金凡承包了近500亩荒山种植油茶。承包协议签定后，每户村民不仅获得山地租金，而且参与整地、种植、管理，还可得到可观的劳务收入，村民们种植油茶积极性空前高涨。投资20万元开发高产优质油茶，三到四年挂果，预计年产值将达到100万元。

革命老区经济社会发展情况调查报告 陕甘宁边区成为中央红军长征的落脚点和抗日战争的出发点。延安是中共中央所在地，抗日战争和解放战争的领导中心。从1935年10月至1948年3月，党中央、毛主席在延安战斗生活13年，在这里指挥了艰苦卓绝的8年抗战，取得了抗日战争的伟大胜利；在这里领导指挥了伟大的人民解放战争，为新中国的建立奠定了坚实基础。。而且，我们今天要介绍的是位于陕西甘肃两省之间，处于黄土高原上的子午岭腹地上的陕北革命根据地的第一个中共党支部遗址。 该县与一省四县八乡镇相毗邻。总土地面积810平方公里，辖22个行政村，110个村民小组，2045户12061人，其中农业人口11852人。全镇有党支部23个，党员447名。现有学校17所，其中中学1所，中心小学1所，完全小学3所、幼儿园1所。 在人们印象中陕北应该是一个面朝黄土背朝天的穷山坳坳。但其实不然，自改革开放以来历届县委、县政府艰苦实干、奋发图强，经济社会发展实现了由国定贫困县向西部百强县、陕西十强县的历史巨变。不再像解放时那样挣扎在温饱线上，而是干部人民一条心，为奔赴小康在努力奋斗着。。但其中也是存在这问题和困难。 改革开放30多年，特别是党的十七大以来，“三农”问题得到了党和政府的高度重视，老区农村发展变化大。从纵向对比来看，老区交通等基础设施得到了较大的改善，农业基础设施逐步完善，农民收入逐年提高，现代特色农业得到了发展，近年来，老区依托资源优势，通过加大扶持力度，紧抓基地建设，强化优质服务等措施，大力发展特色农业，从而形成规模，发展成自成一体的经济体系。在民生方面，新农保、新型农村合作医疗、义务教育“两免一补”、粮食农资综合补贴直补、农村低保一等系列惠农政策，是群
