四、负荷等级与供电电源

1.本工程为综合临时展览建筑,属重要多层民用建筑。大楼内排烟风

机、疏散照明、安全防范、信息系统等均属二级负荷;其余动力、

照明、空调属三级负荷。

2.为满足本工程二、三级负荷的供电要求,结合园区现有电源条件,

由园区临近能源变电所引来两路独立低压0.23/0.4KV电源。两路电

源同时工作,当一路电源故障或检修时,另一路电源不得同时损坏。

3.对大空间应急照明以及重要场所、设备机房等,除采用二路电源自切外,另加采用自带电池灯具,以确保供电的可靠性。应急照明持

续工作时间大于30分钟,转换时间小于0.1s。对信息中心、消防控

制中心等特别重要负荷处,除供两路电源末端切换外,还将设置UPS

电源系统。3.Fire fighting system;

五、配电系统及容量估算

六、低压配电及线路敷设方式:

1.至重要设备的低压配电线路,采用放射式配电方式;至一般设备的配电线路,采用放射与树干混合配电方式。所有二级负荷均设置双

装置均设置明显的消防标志。

2.本工程为二级电线电缆使用场所,所有电线电缆均采用低烟无卤型(WD)。电缆均采用低烟无卤B级阻燃型WDZB-YJY-0.6/1KV,消

防电缆采用低烟无卤阻B级燃耐火型WDZBN-YJY-0.6/1KV且沿专

用电缆桥架敷设(双电源供电时中间加分隔板)。所有金属桥架均

热镀锌处理。

3.低压电线均采用低烟无卤D级阻燃型WDZD-BYJ-450/750V塑料绝缘铜芯线,其中二级负荷中的消防动照分支线路采用低烟无卤C

级阻燃耐火线WDZDN-BYJ-450/750V。

4. 从低压总配电间敷设至各用电设备管线均采用金属线槽或穿金属保

护管吊顶内敷设。

七、照明系统

本工程包括以下照明种类:正常工作照明、事故照明、应急疏散照明、庭院景观照明及主要泛光照明等。NO.6、Low Voltage Distribution and Laying lines:

(4)低压配电间采用防护荧光灯;空调机房和水泵房采用防水防尘工况密闭荧光灯。

(5)各层疏散走廊及疏散楼梯设置应急疏散指示灯。

(6)各展厅按不少于正常照明的10%设置应急备用照明,光源采用卤钨灯。

(7)展厅疏散走道及主要疏散通道设置消防疏散标志灯。

(8)智能化机房、消防监控中心、空调机房和水泵房、电梯机房等重要机房及各层公共走廊设置事故照明。

(9)门厅等人员密集场所设置不少于正常照度10%的应急备用照明。3.照明控制:

3. Lighting control:

基础基础地板及原基础内主钢筋作接地极,要求接地电阻不大于1

欧姆。

6.设备竖井设置等电位联结端子箱及等电位联结线,正常情况下不带电

的金属管道(包括电缆的金属外皮、电气设备外壳、风管、水管等)

均须与等电位联结线可靠相连;楼内金属构件如:金属扶手、防火

门等均须作等电位连接。

7.竖向敷设的金属管道及建筑物金属构件及金属锈钢板,在其底部与顶

端与防雷装置作可靠连接。

8.本工程设置总等电位连接,等电位安装参见《等电位联结安装》图集

(02D501-2)。

9.根据防雷规范,考虑在基础内四周采用镀锌扁钢形成环形接地体。

10.由于本工程装修材料的特殊性(内装材料采用冷杉木),拟采用一

套火灾漏电报警监控系统,

九、防雷措施

1.上海地区年平均雷暴日为49.9d/a,拟按二类防雷民用建筑设防。

2.防直击雷:在屋顶女儿墙及其它凸出部位设置避雷带,利用金属屋面

3利用钢结构柱作为引下线,接地体利用建筑物基础桩基及承台内主钢筋。

4.为防电磁脉冲,本项目按B级标准设置三级过电压保护装置,确保信

息系统及用电设备安全。在总电源进户处设置标称通流容量为80KA

(8/20∝S)的SPD;在单体负荷侧设置标称通流容量为40KA

(8/20∝S)的SPD;在末端负荷侧设置标称通流容量为20KA

(8/20∝S)的SPD;突出屋面(LPZ0B区)的设备配电回路设置标

称通流容量为80KA(8/20∝S)的SPD。同时各弱电系统信号回路

电气劳动保护设计

1.为防止及减少漏电事故的发生,本工程除消防设备外所有插座回路均

设置性能可靠的漏电保护开关,并专设PE线与总等电位体(MEB)

0.90以上。金属卤化物灯采用节能型电感镇流器,带功率因数补偿

装置,功率因数应达到0.90以上。采用的镇流器应符合该产品的国

家能效标准。

(3)办公室灯具采用高光效铝格栅三管荧光灯具,灯具效率应大于60%。

金属卤化物灯具选用高效率配光型格栅灯具,灯具效率应大于

60%。

(4)疏散指示灯采用低功耗LED光源。

2.Lighting equipment selection
