摘要
回首过去的几年，由于我国经济的高速发展，各个企业对人才的需求逐年增长，同时，社会上就业压力不断增大，我们需要一个良好的平台来解决这一问题。为了解决社会上这种供需问题，本人开发了基于PHP的招聘系统，本系统使用PHP这门脚本语言为主要的程序设计语言，HTML、JavaScript为辅助编程语言，Mysql为系统数据库。本系统分为前台模块和后台模块，其中，前台模块又分为个人用户模块和企业用户模块。个人用户模块包括简历管理、求职、账户管理等功能模块。个人用户可以完成对简历的创建、保存、投递简历、搜索职位信息、对所投递的简历状态查看和账户资料修改等功能。企业用户模块包括招聘管理、招贤纳士、公司资料管理、账户管理等功能模块。企业用户可以实现发布招聘职位信息、搜索人才信息、查看求职者投递的简历、公司资料管理等功能。后台模块包括用户信息管理模块、简历信息管理模块、职位信息管理模块、企业信息管理、友情链接、修改密码等功能模块。本系统上线成功后可以解决招聘方、求职方的供需问题。为招聘、求职双方提供了一个良好的平台。本论文分为五个部分，第一章绪论主要写了课题研究的背景及意义、相关领域的发展和系统开发工具及技术的介绍。第二章主要写了系统的需求分析及可行性分析，对系统的功能、性能需求以及可行性进行了介绍。第三章主要写了系统的总体设计，介绍了系统的各个功能以及数据库设计。第四章主要写了系统的详细设计和实现部分，介绍了系统的详细设计流程及实现后的结果。第五章主要介绍了系统的测试，介绍了系统的功能、性能方面的测试。

ABSTRACT
Looking back over the past years, due to China's rapid economic development, the demand for talent all enterprises increased year by year, while increasing employment pressure on society, we need a good platform to solve this problem. In order to solve this problem of supply and demand on the community, I developed a PHP-based recruitment system, which the system uses the PHP scripting language as the main programming language, HTML, JavaScript programming language to assist, Mysql database system. The system is divided into front and back office module module, wherein the front desk module is divided into individual members and corporate members module module. Individual members module includes resume management, job management, account management and other functional modules. Corporate Member module includes recruiting management, job management, corporate information management, account management and other functional modules. Background module including membership information management module, resume information management module, job information management module, enterprise information management, links, change passwords and other functional modules. We can solve recruiters, job supply and demand side of the line after the system successfully. For the recruitment, job both sides provide a good platform. This thesis is divided into five parts, the system is divided into five parts, the first chapter mainly wrote the background and significance of research and development in the field of presentation, systems development tools and techniques. The second chapter written requirement analysis and feasibility analysis of the system data, function, performance requirements and feasibility were introduced. The third chapter wrote the overall design of the system, describes each function and database design system. Chapter IV wrote a detailed design and implementation of the system, presented the results of the detailed design process and implementation of the system after. The fifth chapter describes the testing of the system, describes the functions of the system, the performance of the test.

第1章绪论
1.1 课题研究的背景及意义
随着网上招聘的产生，我们能清楚的看到找工作不再是那么的困难，作为求职者我们可以同时有更多的选择，我们可以在做了相互对比之后再选择出自己心仪的企业去应聘，同时流程也没有那么复杂，求职者们不需要再去记录企业联系方式、联系地址，也不需要支付高昂的费用去找中介介绍工作，求职者可以在网上查询企业的基本情况，为求职做好准备。由此可见，网上招聘给求职者们带来了便捷。
网上招聘同样给企业带来了好处，企业不再需要去印刷很多的职位广告，到处去发放搜寻求职者，企业只需要将职位罗列在招聘网站上就可以了，同时企业还可以在不用面试的情况下就对求职者进行筛选，这样很大程度上提高了招聘效率，并且更加有利于招聘到优秀的人才。
招聘网站上线运行后将会是一个用户量比较大的网站，所以对于网站的性能要求比较高。本系统使用运行效率较高的PHP作为开发语言，很大程度上增强了网站运行的效率。

如今的社会是一个被互联网覆盖的社会，人们的工作、生活、娱乐等活动都已不能脱离互联网。互联网的大行其道是必然的，因为人类的发展是朝着一个简单、智能的方向进行的。在信息化时代中网上招聘和网上求职逐渐成为一种时尚。如今，

PHP作为一门脚本语言，现如今已被各个企业广泛的使用[3]。由于PHP语言运行效率高、响应速度快、开源免费等诸多特点，它被许多企业选为企业网站开发的语言来使用。经过不断的改进与更新，如今PHP语言已经成为一种非常流行的语言。
