初试《建筑学基础》科目考试大纲
一、考查目标
以建筑学一级学科知识体系为基础，综合考查学生对建筑学的建筑设计原理、中外建筑史、城市规划概论原理以及建筑物理与构造主要专业课知识的掌握与理解。
二、考试形式与试卷结构
（一）试卷满分及考试时间
初试科目满分为150分，其中专业基础知识其中建筑学通识基础50分，专业知识100分。考试时间为3小时。
（二）答题方式
答题方式为闭卷、笔试。
（三）试卷内容结构
专业综合理论考试，由以下两部分内容构成：
1．第一部分：建筑学科通识基础50分
（1）建筑设计原理13分
（2）中外建筑史12分（中国建筑史占试题分数的50%，外国建筑史占试题的50%。）
（3）建筑构造上册12分
（4）城市规划原理13分
2．第二部分：专业知识100分
2.1 建筑历史与理论50分，包括：
（1）《中国建筑史》（1册）占试题分数的40%；
（2）《外国建筑史》（２册）占试题的60%。
2.2 建筑构造50分，包括：
（1）《建筑构造》（上册）占试题分数的60%；
（2）《建筑构造》（下册）占试题分数的40%；
（四）试卷题型结构
建筑学科通识基础基础部分试题均为单项选择题；
专业知识部分试题以名词解释、简答题、论述题为主，还可包括判断题、填空题、绘图题、计算题等。
三、考查范围
（一）建筑学通识基础知识部分：
1．建筑设计原理
教材《建筑设计原理》第2、3、4、5、6章各节内容，及第8章第3节内容。
《民用建筑设计通则》（GB 50352—2005）“条文5：场地设计”和“条文6：建筑物设计”部分内容。
2．中外建筑史
第一部分：中国建筑史的第1、2、3、4章各节内容，第5章第二节内容；
第二部分：外国建筑史的第6章1、2、3、4节，第7章1、2、3、4节，第9章1、2、4、6节；
3．建筑构造（上册）
导论建筑构造概论2、3、5节内容；第1章墙体构造1、2、3、4节内容；第2章地基与基础构造1、3节内容；第3章楼地层构造2、3节内容；第4章楼梯构造2、3、5节内容；第5章屋顶构造1、2、3、4节内容；第6章门窗构造1、2、5节内容；第7章变形缝构造1、3节内容；
4．城市规划原理
《城市规划原理》第1章1、2节，第2章1、2节，第3章1、4节，第9章2、3节，第10章4、5节，第11章第2节，以及相关国家法规、技术规范。

了解各时期建筑发展的情况，尤其注意它对后期建筑形成的影响。

了解原始社会、夏、商、周、秦、汉城市与建筑的特点，建筑、类型、
材料、结构形式、建筑技术和建筑艺术状况。
(2)．对于第二章三国、两晋、南北朝、隋唐、五代建筑
了解各朝代城市和建筑（宫殿、住宅、宗教、陵墓）的特点：建筑材
料、结构形式、建筑技术和建筑艺术状况。
(3)．对于第三章宋、辽、金、西夏建筑
了解各朝代城市和建筑（宫殿、住宅、宗教、陵墓）的特点：建筑材
料、结构形式、建筑技术和建筑艺术状况。
(4)．对于第四章元、明、清建筑
了解各朝代城市和建筑（宫殿、住宅、宗教、陵墓、礼制与教育）的
特点：建筑材料、结构形式、建筑技术和建筑艺术状况；了解有关的
匠师和著作。
(5)．对于第五章近、现代建筑
了解中国近代建筑的类型与建筑技术
2.2 外国建筑史
(1)．对于第六章古代建筑
了解古埃及的金字塔的演化，太阳神庙，及这个时期的建材、结构体
系及技术。了解两河流域的建筑的材料、结构体系及技术；了解古希
腊建筑三种柱式名称及特点，雅典卫城的布局，建筑等；了解古罗马
建筑五种柱式名称及特点，古罗马广场及其它重要的公共性建筑；《建
筑十书》。
(2)．对于第七章中世纪至18世纪建筑
了解拜占庭建筑的穹顶帆栱和圣索菲亚教堂；了解巴西利卡罗马风建
筑、以法国为中心的哥特建筑及特点；了解文艺复兴建筑开端和结束
的两个穹顶特色；文艺复兴时期的巨匠们的生平，作品等；了解巴洛
克建筑的实例。了解宫廷建筑如商堡；广场；洛可可室内设计风格以
及法国古典主义的主要特点。
(3)．对于第九章近、现代建筑
了解十八世纪下半叶-十九世纪下半叶欧美建筑的复古思潮；了解十
九世纪下半叶-二十世纪初对新建筑的探求中各国家的风格，风格特
点及建筑；了解现代派四位建筑大师的生平，功绩，理论，作品及风
格，他们是格罗彼乌斯，密斯，柯布，赖特；战后40-70年代的建筑
思潮，了解了解后现代主义、新理性主义、新地域主义、解构主义、
新现代、高技派的新发展和简约的设计倾向。
3．建筑构造
(1)．了解民用建筑的分类、分级、建筑模数。
(2)．了解民用建筑的构件组成及作用。
(3)．了解基础的构造类型、基础埋深。
(4)．了解地下室的防潮与防水构造要求。

第一部分《中国建筑史》
(1)．了解各时期建筑发展的情况，尤其注意它对后期建筑形成的影响。
(2)．了解古代城市建设的基本原则；掌握各朝代主要城市的特点及它们之间的联系与区别。汉长安、隋大兴（唐长安）、洛阳城、北宋东京城、元大都、明清北京城、南宋平府江
(3)．熟练掌握宫殿建筑的沿革，重点掌握明清北京故宫。熟练掌握坛庙的沿革，重点掌握北京天坛。熟练掌握各个朝代陵墓的特点（沿革）。
(4)．掌握宗教建设的发展历程；熟练掌握佛教寺庙、道教寺观中的重要建筑单体及其特色；掌握塔幢的分类、特色及实例；了解石窟的情况。
(5)．了解各时期各地域内典型住宅的布局，样式等情况。
(6)．了解皇家园林、私家园林的发展概况，熟练掌握皇家园林、私家园林的设计方法及相关实例。
(7)．掌握影响和制约着中国传统建筑发展的观念以及熟练掌握选址的六条原则
(8)．熟练掌握中国古代木结构的结构体系；屋顶形式；台阶栏杆样式；大木作；屋架作法；小木作等作法；以及名词解释。
第二部分《外国建筑史》（十九世纪末叶以前）
(1)．掌握府邸和宫殿、金字塔的演化，悬崖陵墓、太阳神庙、及建材、结构体系及技术。
(2)．了解建材、结构体系及技术，掌握山岳台。
(3)．掌握三种柱式画法、名称及特点，重点掌握雅典卫城的布局，建筑等。
(4)．掌握五种柱式画法，名称及特点，掌握这个时期的券拱技术掌握古希腊与古罗马建筑的相同与不同；掌握古罗马广场及其它重要的公共性建筑；《建
筑十书》。
(5)．掌握穹顶帆栱和圣索菲亚教堂。
(6)．掌握巴西利卡罗马风建筑、以法国为中心的哥特建筑及特点。了解意大利中世纪建筑及西班牙伊斯兰建筑。
(7)．掌握文艺复兴建筑开端和结束的两个穹顶特色；文艺复兴时期的巨匠们的生平，作品等；掌握文艺复兴在建筑理论上所做的贡献；掌握巴洛克建筑形成的原因，特点及事例。

第三部分《外国近现代建筑》
(1)．熟练掌握复古思潮，城市改建。
(2)．熟练掌握欧美探求运动中各国家的风格，风格特点及建筑（或对建筑的影响）。
(3)．掌握现代派四位建筑大师在二战前的建筑活动和对现代主义建筑的贡献。
(4)．掌握二战间的建筑流派，重点掌握四位建筑大师的生平，功绩，理论，作品及风格，他们是格罗彼乌斯，密斯，柯布，赖特。掌握本世纪60年代后的各种流派：高技派，讲究‘人情化’与‘地方性’的倾向，讲求‘个性’与‘象征’的倾向。
(5)．掌握现代之后建筑思潮的实质。了解后现代主义、新理性主义、新地域主义、解构主义、新现代、高技派的新发展和简约的设计倾向。
2．建筑构造（上、下册）
(1)．掌握民用建筑的构件组成及作用。
