首先，要幸福，多读书。

书籍是人类进步的阶梯。

青少年时期正是读书立志、增长知识的关键时期。

多读书，读好书，能够帮助我们开阔眼界，增长见闻，树立远大的理想，激发向善的力量。

托尔斯泰曾说，“幸福的人都是相似的，不幸的人各有各的不幸”。

从优质的。

阅读中，我们能够学会如何感受幸福，能够分享他人的幸福，能够明白如何去创造幸福。

其次，要幸福，多行动。

健康的体魄是一切的基础，拥有健康才能享有幸福，所以，我们要热爱运动，积极锻炼；创造幸福还需要我们加强实践能力的培养，“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，幸福更是在挫折和困境中超越自我，从而获得的一种深层次的精神愉悦。

离开了行动，幸福就成了“镜中花，水中月”而遥不可及。

第三，要幸福，多担当。

幸福不仅是个人成就的凸显，更是修己达人的美德。
