的第一届年会的会标，由于它太出色了，让人过目不忘。后被WTO确认为本组织的官方标志。 3、东盟会徽：世界性组织会徽及寓意会徽是一把10穗稻子，由红色丝带相系。这看似简单的设计反映出东盟成员国的共同点，表现出这个地区性组织推进一体化的决心。 东盟大家庭包括文莱、柬埔寨、印度尼西亚、老挝、马来西亚、缅甸、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国和越南等10个成员国。从风俗人情到政治经济，这10个国家各有特色，也有不少共同点，其中大部分成员国出产水稻。
选择稻穗作为本届峰会会徽，正显示了东盟以成员国共同点为基础、一致寻求发展的特色。 在会徽上，这把金色稻穗丰硕成熟，姿态昂然向上，由一形似英文字母a的红色丝带系紧。生长向上的稻穗寓意东盟发展的强劲潜力，而红色丝带则代表东盟的英文缩写首字母a，同时象征东盟成员国在经济、政治、文化领域趋于一体化的势头。 4、世界银行和国际货币基金组织标志：世界性组织会徽及寓意 世界银行是世界银行集团的俗称，“世界银行”这个
