浅谈如何提高辅导员的学生工作管理能力

摘要辅导员是大学生事务的管理者，思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。作为思想政治工作的骨干力量，辅导员管理工作能力的高低，不仅关系到学校日常工作的开展，也会影响到学生综合能力的培养。高校辅导员工作能否取得成效，很大程度上取决于管理者的管理能力，笔者作为一名高校辅导员，针对学生工作管理过程中存在的问题，结合自身的经验，提出了相应的对策。

Abstract Counselors are managers of college students' affairs， organizers， perpetrators and mentors ideological and political education and management. As the backbone of the ideological and political work， the level counselor management capabilities， not only to carry out the daily work of the school， will also affect students' comprehensive abilities. College Counselors work can be effective， depends largely on the skills of managers， the author， as a college counselor， student work management process for the problems， combined with their experience， put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

管理能力从根本上说就是提高组织效率的能力。是管理者能够准确地把握，并且提升组织的效率的关键。辅导员的学生工作管理能力是指辅导员作为一名思想教育工作者以自身的能力和魅力引导学生，帮助学生提高综合素质的一种影响力，它不仅影响学生知识的完善、能力的提高，更影响到学生思想观念的形成，对于全面推进素质教育和学生成才发挥着重要的作用。学生工作管理过程中，主要存在以下问题：
（1）辅导员与大学生缺乏有效的沟通。著名组织管理学家巴纳德认为“沟通是把一个组织中的成员联系在一起，以实现共同目标的手段”。没有沟通，就没有管理，从本质上讲，沟通的过程就是一个教育的过程，辅导员与大学生之间的沟通，是了解学生思想状况，做好学校思想政治教育的重要途径。但辅导员与大学因为以下两个重要因素导致沟通缺乏有效性：①辅导
