公益创业也称社会创业，是指个人或组织在社会使命激励下采用创新方法、商业手段解决社会问题、创造社会价值的创业活动[1]。公益创业作为一种新型的组织形式近年来蓬勃发展,被认为是解决社会问题的一种新方法。根据《中国青年公益创业调查报告》显示，公益创业组织领导人或者创
始人中青年公益创业者的年龄结构主要集中在18～30岁[2]，这意味着青年已成为公益创业活跃群体，在解决社会问题的同时，也为青年群体就业与创业开启了一个崭新的思路，逐渐成为我国青年自主创业的崭新领域。近年来，无锡市成立多家社会组织服务平台围绕社会组织成长开展了丰富的活动，并提供了社会组织所必需的资源链，搭建了公益组织、公益项目、公益资本、公益智慧与公益

崭新的思路。公益创业一词在无锡市青年群体中有一定的普及，且认同其带来的经济效益与社会效益，但多数青年对于公益创业仅停留在听说过的层面，未有深入了解。目前无锡市青年公益创业机构存在多样并存的运营模式，正经历产品与服务持久与创新的碰撞，公益创业正逐步被认可但有待提高，需从加大政府支持、强化机构自我造血、加强青年公益创业认知三方面促进青年公益创业发展。［关键词］青年；公益创业；无锡［中图分类号］G647.38;F279.2

［Abstract ］As a new form of organization,social entrepreneurship has developed rapidly in recent years,and it also opens
up a new way of thinking for the youth employment and entrepreneurship.The term "social entrepreneurship"has certain popularity in the youth group in Wuxi City,and the identity of the economic and social benefits,but the majority of youth entrepreneurship only stay at the level of hearing about it,not understanding it.At present,there are many different modes of operation in Wuxi youth social entrepreneurship institutions,and the products and services is experiencing the collision of lasting and innovation.Social entrepreneurship is gradually recognized but needs to be improved.The youth social entrepreneurship needs to be promoted from three aspects:increasing the government support,enhancing the self-learning of the institution,and strengthening the youth entrepreneurship awareness.
