我觉得听证会对行政政府和老百姓来说是个双赢的举措。政府机关通过听证会可以公开自己的行政措施，使政府部门的行政公开和透明化，有利于政府部门廉明办公，多听老百姓的心声可以修正自己不合理的举措，成为真正为人民服务的公仆。使政府建设取到显著成效。老百姓通过听证会可以更大程度的了解自己的权益，从而维护自己的合法权益，可以监督政府部门公正办公。督促行政机关提高办事能力。同时也是我国公民民主和法律意识进一步深入的生动体现。我想听证会随着法制的完善，将越来越重要。
2、【解析】
其实为了优化县级干部结构，引进博士的想法出发点是好的。但我感到这种做法不妥。
第一、在一个县级单位用博士来优化干部队伍，是提高知识面，但现在要求的是事事要通过实践得出结论，用博士在县级实践的确大材小用。第二、这种做法不结合中国的国情，很难收到效果，因为中国每年还不知道能否出到几个研究生以上的人才。如果每年都要这么多的博士人才在现在加强四化建设，全面升级到小康社会的前提下，不切实际。
所以我认为这种做法不妥，应该实事求是的结合现状来提高自身干部结构，才能起到优化结构的效果!

“政务公开”是中央提出的一种贴近人民的一项民心工程，目的就是做到要群众可以了解自己本身的权利和知情权。解决以前的暗箱操作的工作方法的重要措施。真正做到全心全意为人民服务。以上的问题在现在政务公开过程中的确存在，但有些政务基于保密的要求不可能公开，还有些问题是因为在操作中还是第一次没通过实践所以没法公开的等……我应该通过召开一次听证会来沟通开诚布公向群众解析，群众一定会谅解的!
4、【解析】
参加新工作是件让人高兴的事情，我觉得在正式工作前对自己进行能力评估，定个长远计划来评比自己工作后的工作表现，可以激励自己更加进步。
第一，我的短期计划，尽快熟悉新单位的工作环境、工作节奏和认识同事，让自己能够很快上手工作。在工作过程中，虚心向同事学习，与同事融洽相处。
第二、我的长期计划，就是继续深造自己，更新自己的知识结构，学海无涯，不能够自满于现在的知识量。

就工作本身而言，它不存在优劣和高低，工作或就业最基础的是我们谋生的手段，所以，就工作着的人而言，那只能说是个人对从事工作的适应度和驾驭性。而我们首先应该的是去适应工作，适应环境，而不是去抱怨和用喜好做事。
当然如果在工作中能够找到自己的挖掘点，那是社会的幸福也是个人价值的体现，“兴趣是第一动力”，它带动良性循环。但我们不应该是在工作中一味去讨论主观上的喜欢不喜欢，而更多的应该是用心去体会和积累，从而做到“干一行爱一行”，那是职业道德的要求。
从客观上讲，一个人接触工作的种类是有限的，所以，只存在相比之下的适合与否。在现代社会，人们或许更多看重的是个人在工作中被社会承认的价值，放弃原有工作与喜好没有太大的因果关系，当然不排除在积累状态下的随心所欲。
作为现在的年轻人，应该更多的是考虑个人与社会客观上的结合，而不是主观上的感情因素。“干一行胜任一行”应该是工作者的较高境界。
