Lubricate the joints (b and d) with a suitable stopcock grease designed for use with organic solvents, and connect the scrubber unit to the absorber tube (e). Transfer 3.0 mL of silver diethyldithiocarbamate TS to the absorber tube. Add 3.0 g of granular zinc (No. 20 mesh) to the mixture in the flask, immediately connect the assembled scrubber unit, and allow the evolution of hydrogen and the color development to proceed at room temperature for 45 minutes, swirling the flask gently at 10-minute intervals. Disconnect the absorber tube from the generator and scrubber units, and transfer the absorbing solution to a 1-cm absorption cell. Any red color produced by the Test Preparation does not exceed that produced by the Standard Preparation. If necessary or desirable, determine the absorbance at the wavelength of maximum absorbance between 535 and 540 nm, with a suitable spectrophotometer or colorimeter, using silver diethyldithiocarbamate TS as the blank.
Interfering Chemicals— Metals or salts of metals, such as chromium, cobalt, copper, mercury, molybdenum, nickel, palladium, and silver, may interfere with the evolution of arsine. Antimony, which forms stibine, produces a positive interference in the color development with silver diethyldithiocarbamate TS; when the presence of antimony is suspected, the red colors produced in the two silver diethyldithiocarbamate solutions may be compared at the wavelength of maximum absorbance between 535 and 540 nm, with a suitable colorimeter, since at this wavelength the interference due to stibine is negligible.

方法2
说明——
（1）注意-用过氧化氢消化时一些物质可能会有强烈的爆炸反应。随时要做好安全防护。
（2）如果含有卤素成分，当用硫酸加热测试样品时需使用低温，以避免混合物沸腾，碳化开始前小心加入过氧化氢，以防止三价砷的损失。
（3）如果用5ml加热硫酸碳化时测试物质反应太快，可以使用10ml冷的1:2的稀硫酸代替，加热前加几滴过氧化氢。
标准液制备：取3.0ml标准砷溶液置于发生瓶（注：专用装置）中，加2ml 硫酸，混匀，再加30%的过氧化氢，30%过氧化氢的总加入量应与样品溶液制备中一致。加热混合物至产生浓烟，冷却，小心加入10ml水，再次加热至产生浓烟。再加入10ml水重复此操作过程，以除去微量的过氧化氢。冷却，并用水稀释至35ml。
测试液制备：除非专论中另有规定，按公式 3.0/L，计算测试样品的量，这里L是指以ppm表示的砷盐的限度，将此重量的样品置发生瓶中，加5ml硫酸及几粒玻璃珠，在通风橱中消化，最好在一个热盘子里，温度不超过120度，直到开始碳化。（可能会需要更多的硫酸以使样品完全润湿，但是所加的总量不超过10ml）。逐滴小心地加入30%的过氧化氢，每加一滴均要等反应平息后再次加热。加最初的几滴时要很慢，且要充分混匀，以防止反应过快。如果泡沫过多应停止加热。反应减退时小心加热，时时转动瓶子，以防止露出瓶子外面的样品结块。在消化期间，通过加入少量的过氧化氢溶液以随时保持氧化条件，保持混合物变成棕色或黑色。继续消化直到有机物质被破坏，逐渐升高热盘子的温度，直到三氧化硫的气味渐浓，且溶液变成无色或仅仅保持浅黄色。冷却，小心加入10ml水，混匀，再次蒸发产生浓烟，重复此操作过程以除去微量的过氧化氢。冷却，小心加入10ml水，用几毫升的水清洗瓶壁，并用水稀释至35ml。

第一章总则 第一条为进一步加强我校研究生科研能力培养，提高研究生学位论文水平和社会竞争力，特制定本规定。 第二条本规定所指论文为研究生在规定时间内公开发表的原著学术论文（以下简称“论文”），包括被SCI、SCIE、SSCI（以下简称“SCI”)收录的个案报道，不包括会议论文、综述、摘要、短篇等，论文内容应为本人学位论文一部分。 第二章发表论文要求 第三条论文篇数与水平要求 （一）博士科学学位研究生 1．医学（理学）博士科学学位研究生：发表累计影响因子不低于1.0的SCI收录论文。 2．医学（理学）硕博连读科学学位研究生、硕士生提前攻读博士科学学位者：发表累计影响因子不低于2.0的SCI收录论文。 3．工学博士科学学位研究生：发表累计影响因子不低于1.0的SCI收录论文（1篇EI收录论文或1项计算机软件著作权可相当于1篇影响因子为0.5的SCI收录论文）。 4．工学硕博连读科学学位研究生、硕士生提前攻读博士科学学位者：发表累计影响因子不低于2.0的SCI收录论文（1篇EI收录论文或1项计 2
算机软件著作权可相当于1篇影响因子为0.5的SCI收录论文）。 （二）医学博士专业学位研究生 医学博士专业学位研究生须发表1篇SCI收录论文,影响因子不限。 硕士生提前攻读博士专业学位者须发表累计影响因子不低于1.0的SCI 收录论文。 （三）硕士科学学位研究生 至少须在首都医科大学认定的中文核心期刊上发表1篇论文。 （四）硕士专业学位研究生 鼓励在学期间发表学术论文。 第四条论文署名要求 （一）作者署名要求 用于申请学位的论文，学位申请人必须为论文第一作者，导师必须为责任作者或通讯作者（或并列责任作者、通讯作者）。 （二）单位署名要求 1．论文第一署名单位应按照培养单位的规范名称署名“首都医科大学××学院(学系)”或“首都医科大学附属××医院”。 2．北京市神经外科研究所、北京市心肺血管疾病研究所、北京市耳鼻咽喉科研究所、北京市眼科研究所、北京市呼吸疾病研究所、北京市疾病预防控制中心、中国康复研究中心等单位或机构培养的研究生，所发表的论文可同时署名“首都医科大学”及本单位的法定名称。如中国康复研究中心的研究生发表论文可同时署名“首都医科大学康复医学院”和“中国康复研究中心”；北京市疾病预防控制中心的研究生发表论文可同时署名“首都医 3

首都医科大学研究生学位课程体系实施细则（试行） (首医大校字〔2007〕86号) 为了提高我校学位与研究生教育质量，强化学位课程的改革建设，根据国家教育部有关文件精神及《首都医科大学关于加强研究生课程建设提高培养质量的通知》（首医大校字〔2006〕117号），结合我校学位与研究生教育实际情况，特制定本实施细则。 一、研究生学位课程体系的指导思想 研究生课程体系的指导思想为“顶层设计、整体规划、局部优化”，即学校对研究生课程体系进行整体设计、规划，各学科专业根据学校的设计、规划，依据学科发展特色，对专业基础课和专业课进行局部优化。研究生课程体系建立6个平台，不同学位层次和类型的研究生按照不同的学分要求，从建立的6个课程平台中进行选择组合研究生学位课程。 二、研究生学位课程体系的内容 （一）课程体系的总体框架──多平台、不同模块设计方案 1．基础理论知识平台 （1）方法学课程模块：有关方法学的课程，包括医学统计学、医学科研方法学等； （2）生命科学理论进展课程模块：包括细胞生物学研究进展、分子生物学研究进展、神经科学研究进展、免疫学研究进展等。此类课程组织、集合北京市及全校的著名教授、优秀人才资源，结合基础研究与临床研究，从整个学科体系开设课程，要求精、广、深，反映生命科学的前沿，使学生了解生命科学前沿知识及学科发展的趋势。 2．基础实验课程平台 （1）生物医学安全性或医学安全性课程：主要强调实验操作者或临床工作人员本身 —7 —
的自我保护及有毒、有害物质的正确处理方法，增强保护自身及人类生存环境的意识； （2）实验技术课程模块：如机能实验技术、医学形态实验技术、医学病原实验操作技术，细胞生物与分子生物实验操作技术，主要加强研究生实验训练，提高动手能力、创新能力培养；开设现代大型仪器设备的使用课程，主要介绍当代生物医学研究领域中最新和最常用大型实验仪器设备的实验原理、应用范围等知识，从而提高学生的科研及创新能力，促进自主创新型人才的涌现。 3．综合素质培养平台 以系列讲座的形式聘请著名学者讲解医学史、科学技术史、人文社会科学发展、科技论文与课题申请书的撰写、科研成果的申报等。 4．公共必修课程平台：教育部规定的公共必修课程英语、政治。 5．专业基础课程平台：按二级学科建立，拓宽基础理论、学习和掌握专业系统知识的基础课程。 6．专业课程平台：按三级学科建立，各专业面对专业的需要，开设选修课。以进一步拓宽专业基础知识、扩大知识面及培养相应能力。 （二）规范课程体系，设定相对统一标准 各个学科专业都应健全三个层次的研究生学位课程体系，即必修课（公共必修课）、必选课（基础理论课、基础实验课、专业基础课）、选修课（专业课）三个类别分别设课，形成规范化的课程体系，在各学科专业培养方案中应明确列出必修课和必选课，对于选修课导师可根据研究方向自行确定。另外应根据不同的学位类型和层次要求研究生主讲或参加一定学分的学术讲座，尤其应参加综合素质教育课程的系列讲座。 （三）通过保持自我特色、优化课程结构、引进海外人才，重点建设一批核心主干课程，完善研究生课程体系 —7 —
