如4个农村女性进城后，看见同龄的城里女性打扮地很入时而自己却一身寒伧的衣衫，虚荣心、攀比心立刻上升，遂走进服装店偷走了好几套贵重的衣物，被当场抓获。

一、女性犯罪的自身原因1、异常的性爱心理女性比男性提前两年左右进入青春期，处于这个阶段的女性，因其第二性特征的出现，产生了模糊的性意识，对异性的好奇、爱慕、向往，并渴望探索两性关系的秘密。

此时，若能对女性进行正确的引导，进行必要的生理卫生和性爱的教育，帮助她们树立正确的性爱观念，形成符合社会伦理道德规范，便能很好的预防处于这个时期的女性犯罪。

相反，如果此时不能很好的引导女性，当其性爱心理产生畸变，形成超越社会规范的异常性爱心理。

在异常的性爱心理的驱使之下，她们开始性犯罪活动；而这些性犯罪活动又强化了她们的异常性爱心理，致使性犯罪活动越演越烈。

[2]2、特殊生理时期女性在其生理时期中具有三个特殊时期，即月经期、怀孕期和绝经期。

生物学原因认为处于期间容易产生违反犯罪行为。

因为在此期间，女性会出现植物神经紊乱，大脑皮层失调，心烦易怒，情绪失控等现象，如果有不良刺激和诱因，容易越轨。

学者K·DALTON（1986）指出，经前紧张使女性更容易激怒或者懒散而实施越轨行为。

笔者拟就当下女性犯罪的原因从自身和外部环境两个方面作以粗浅梳理，以期能够引起学者们的重视，收抛砖引玉之效。

她们仪态万方，体力不如男性。

当前女性虽然受教育、受保护的程度在提高，但是进入社会的时期相对男性来说比较晚，因此社会经验不如男性那样丰富，也就容易对身边的人尤其是男性产生比较强的依赖感。

实际上，正因为女性具有前述的一系列特点，因此她们在生活中很少出现暴力犯罪的现象，即不常利用自身力量去侵害别人，相反倒是多利用投放危险物质、诈骗、拐卖、色诱等一系列低暴力性甚至非暴力性的手段去犯罪，因而显示了女性犯罪隐蔽性的特征。

如果进一步分析则可以发现女性在实施犯罪时，尤其是在共同犯罪、团伙犯罪中，她们多带有胁从、受胁迫或被教唆的特点；女性犯罪人很难独立完成较残忍的、较暴力的犯罪行为，比较常见的是帮助男性犯罪人踩点、望风或者提供其他帮助。

从社会性别视角探析女性犯罪增多的原因造成女性犯罪的原因是多方面的。

教育、就业、参政等方面存在的性别不平等,削弱了女性追求其人生价值的合法途径的取得,增强了社会能量的紧张程度,加之制度规范的缺陷不能有效化解这种紧张,致使女性犯罪增多。

减少女性犯罪需要减少性别不平等现象,改革不合理的社会性别制度。

施蒂芬也认为妇女处于不利的地位,在实施犯罪行为的妇女那里,可以发现她们社会化的缺陷和结构失调。

他指出,少女和妇女的社会地位和社会关系的破坏,会导致行为的失调和引起犯罪行为[4]。

由此可见,社会化和社会结构可能引起女性犯罪增多。

社会学家默顿提出的社会结构紧张理论,从宏观社会结构层面研究犯罪的社会原因。

他认为,人类行为受社会规范的制约,而社会结构失调则会产生社会反常状态和失范的反社会的行为。

社会结构的两个重要因素,一是明确的文化目标,二是达到文化目标的社会规定的合法手段。
