浅谈中国本土文化的对外传播与交流 摘要：随着经济的迅猛发展、国际地位的不断提高，中国已成为令世人瞩目的东方大国，而其承载着的千年文化也越来越受到受到各国的关注，这就为中国文化走向世界提供了良好的契机。为此要把握好这绝佳的机遇，吸收中国本土文化的精髓，采取多样化的方式来推动中国文化的对外传播。 关键词：中国文化；对外传播；现代婚俗；传播方式； 中图分类号：G03 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-3520（2014）-05-00114-01 所谓的文化，以权威性的《辞海》为代表：”文化，从广义上来说，是指人类社会历史实践过程中所创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和。从狭义上来说，是指社会的意识形态，以及与之相适应的制度和组织机构。” 文化是民族的也是世界的，每一个民族的文化都是在特定的历史地理条件下，经过许多代人的无意识的集体选择而形成、积淀起来的。此外文化又是“动态”的，它一经产生就有一种向外“扩张”和“传递”的冲动，传播是人的天性亦是文化的本性。因此在激烈的碰撞与交融下的社会中，中国更需要将自己优秀的文化向外传播。 一、本土文化的多样性与选择 中华民族的文化源远流长，博大精深。五千年的历史长河，积淀下的文化底蕴为后世留下了珍贵财富。从先秦诸子百家、两汉经学、魏晋玄学到宋明程朱理学，这一系列的以儒学为内核的文化一直是中国传统文化的重要组成部分。传统文化的对外传播与交流自先秦时期就已开始，到了盛唐更是达到了空前状态。但是，传统文化的传播也并不是一成不变的，随着时代的进步，文化的内核也在悄然变化。现今社会中传统的很多文化已经不适应了，就其传播而言，不应拘泥于过去，而要推陈出新，顺应时代变化。 就以婚俗为例，婚俗文化是中华传统文化的组成部分。婚俗文化，是指围绕着人们的恋爱和嫁娶所形成的文化现象。其主题部分是婚姻，同时还包括婚前的恋爱期和婚后的生育期。传统上的婚俗是“父母之命，媒妁之言”，代女子往往是“生在深闺人未识，是妍是媸无人知晓”，经媒人说合后，女子一般都是洞房花烛夜才会见到一生要倚靠的人。但是到了现代就不一样了，现在提倡的自由婚姻，男女双方在婚前就有自由相处时间了。 然而文化的传承既非一成不变亦非脱胎换骨，现代的婚俗文化依然是建立在传统文化基础上进行的推陈出新。传承为传播立了基础，文化之所以存在传播，是在于文化的多样性和差异性，不同的文化有着不同的构成特色。在人类历史上正是因为各个民族间你有我无的千差万别，才造成了文化的传播。文化的传播并不是要求他方采用你的文化模式，而是要让人知道了解，增加世界文化的多样性。中国的婚俗文化是不同于世界的，却又是世界婚俗文化中不可或缺的一笔，因此这就更需要将其传向世界。在婚礼中，中国人喜欢大红，即意味着婚礼的喜庆，
这些年过的春节年味儿越飘越淡 The Spring Festival travel rush, witnessed by tens of thousands people going home, gets more and more frightening every year. Firecrackers are more extravagant. The Spring Festival eve dinner gets even more delicious. However, most Chinese people feel that the atmosphere of Spring Festival, or Nianwei, is fading. How come? Why we feel less excited than before when we mention the Spring Festival? 虽然春运潮一年比一年猛，鞭炮和礼花一年比一年热烈，年夜饭一年比一年丰盛，很多国人却感到年味儿越来越淡了。年味儿为什么会变淡？我们提到过年时为什么不再有儿时的期盼和兴奋？ 年味儿是什么味？ What is Nianwei? What kind of atmosphere is it? It is the excitement and expectation on the way home; it is the smile on parents’ faces when we arrive; It is the happiness of the whole family sitting together chatting; it is our toast to our elders at dinner; It is the smell of fireworks going off outside; it is the jiaozi (dumpling) for the Spring Festival eve dinner that mom has been busy preparing; It is the enjoyment of going to the temple fair and watching the dragon dance, a scene that drags us back to childhood; it is the friendly ambiance in which everyone says “Happy New Year” no matter whether they know each other or not; It is the red lanterns hanging everywhere… Nianwei, the Spring Festival atmosphere, is happiness, peace and reunions… 什么是年味？ 年味是回家途中的激动与期盼，是踏入家门时爸妈的笑脸； 是全家团圆的喜乐气氛，是晚辈孝敬长辈围坐在桌前敬的那一杯酒； 是屋外烟花闪耀飘进鼻内的一股幽香，是妈妈忙前忙后做的一顿年夜饭中的饺子；是逛庙会看着舞龙仿佛又回到童年的一种享受，是甭管认识不认识，见面都说过年好的那种友好感觉； 是满大街挂满了红灯笼充满了祝福话语的那种气氛。。。。。。 “年味”是喜庆、是平安、是团圆。。。。。。 过年习俗 Cleaning: In Chinese, the pronunciation of “尘”（dust）and “陈”（stale things）are the same, so cleaning the dust before the Spring Festival eve means kicking poverty and bad luck out of the house. 《中国出版》 CHINA PUBLISHING JOURNAL 2013年3月上 6 构建中国文化对外传播体系增强传播能力 文/何明星 党的十八大报告明确指出，“构建和发展现代传播体系，提高传播能力”，同时强调“要坚持社会主义先进文化前进方向，树立高度的文化自觉和文化自信，向着建设社会主义文化强国宏伟目标阔步前进”。“文化自觉”与“文化自信”这两个关键词，是新形势下中国文化海外传播体系与传播能力建设的理论基础，同时也为中国文化走出去战略实施进一步深化提出了更高的要求。根据笔者的理解，这里主要有如下三个层面的内涵。 传播能力建设事关和平崛起的民族大业 要清醒地看到，当今世界的政治秩序、经济秩序以及文化格局都是由西方国家一手建立起来的，中国经济的迅速崛起不仅对西方国家主导的世界经济秩序形成冲击，也对现有的世界政治秩序、文化格局产生挑战。这对于已经主导世界政治、经济、文化格局100多年的西方国家来说，无疑是一个不愿意面对的现实。从新世纪10年来西方政界、学界以及舆论对于中国政治、军事、经济、文化等全方位的高度关注来看，种种迹象表明，西方社会具有足够的政治资源和舆论准备，再加上冷战时代美国为首的西方国家所建立的军事组织，不管中国人是否愿意，把中国的和平发展有意“塑造”成为与西方挑战的一股力量，把局部的经济摩擦、文化不适、政治分歧逐步演化成为东西方社会的全面对立和冲突的危险在日益增大。 在中华民族的崛起过程中，化解冲突、增强互动、促进理解，为中华民族的顺利崛起争取一个宽松、和平的发展环境，是中华文化海外传播体系与传播能力建设的历史使命。然而，与西方传媒巨头相比，中国 出版传媒企业的规模、实力还普遍比较弱小。在当今世界传媒格局中，欧美媒体垄断了全世界90%的新闻信息，美联社在美国全境内的媒体用户是5700家，国外媒体用户是8500家；路透社的财经新闻和国际新闻拥有55.8万家国际订户，法新社的新闻覆盖150多个国家和地区。西方这三大通讯社的日发稿量相当于84个国家新闻单位组成的不结盟通讯社提供新闻量的1000倍。在世界文化市场中，截至2011年年底，美国、欧盟、日本、韩国等国家所占比重依次为43%、34%、10%和5%，而中国仅为4%位列第五，与世界经济大国的地位严重不相称。而其中大部分为依托中国廉价劳动力资源而获得成本优势的“硬件产品”，属于内容和创意的“软件产品”则比例不高。中国对外文化交流和传播严重“入超”，“文化赤字”的局面还没有得到根本的改变。可以肯定的是，中华民族的崛起已经是不可阻挡的历史大势，而西方国家能否让中国人选择和平发展道路，不再仅仅是中国人民自己的主观意愿，而是需要去争取、去努力的一项重大国际政治目标。因此，迫切需要业界进一步解放思想，构建现代传播体系，提升中华文化在全球的传播能力。而这已经是事关中华民族和平崛起的一件头等大事。 传播能力建设事关中国特色、中国风格、 中国气派的话语体系创新 中华民族具有5000年文明史，厚重的历史积淀给我们留下了丰富的精神资源，而中国经济的崛起是当今世界最为重大的政治事件，它并不仅仅是一种经济的崛起，而是一个具有深厚历史积淀的中华文明的 栏目主持/朱 音
