Daqing is my hometown. It's in the northeast of China. It's famous as the largest oil field in China. It is over fifty years since it was discovered and developed.
Daqing is a beautiful modern city. It has wide and clean roads and streets, and also the transport is very convenient. You can take trains, planes, buses or cars to go there.
There are lots of fresh water lakes around Daqing, so it's also well-known as the City of Lakes. There's much wildlife in the wetlands. The wetlands provide wildlife with wonderful temperature and food.
You can visit the Ironman Memorial and Oil Field Museum to learn how this city was developed. Lots of oil wells are seen around the city and they are the landmarks of Daqing.

2)How to Protect our Environment、环保问题
1.The environmental pollution is more and more serious today. We have no clean water to drink because of water pollution. And when trees are cut down, some animals disappear. There’s more and more dirty smoke in the air. People’s health has been grea tly affected by air, noise and water pollution. Many people died of diseases. In order to live a better life, it’s time for us to protect our world.
Firstly, we shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere. And we should recycle, reduce and reuse things, for this saves money and reduces pollution. Use things for as long as possible. Don’t use plastic bags. Also, we must plant more trees and stop people cutting them. We hope our world is more and more beautiful.
2．The environment is becoming worse and worse. There are many kinds of pollution I worry about. The most serious two are water pollution and air pollution, because people can"t live healthily with dirty water and polluted air, nor can animals. More and more diseases are caused by polluted air. 3.How to protect/save our environment/world? As we all know, the environment around us is getting worse and worse /more and more seriously today. Water is polluted, we have no clean water to drink. Many trees are cutting down, some animals are getting less and less. Some factories are pouring dirty air into the sky. The popu lation is increasing faster and faster, resources are getting less and less…etc. Not only does it affect our lives and health, it also has a great affection in the future. People’s health has been greatly affected by air, noise and water pollution. Many people died of diseases. In order to live a better life, something must be done to stop the pollution. It’s our duty to protect our environment. We shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere. Trees are very helpful and important for us. We should plant more and more trees in order to live better and more healthy in the future. If everyone makes contribution to protecting the environment, the world will become much more beautiful. In a word, if everyone pays more attention to our environment, there will be less pollution and our life will be better. “There is only one earth”, I hope everyone will protect our environment well.

Reading is very important in our life. We can gain knowledge through reading. It can not only open our minds but also make us cleverer and happier. Our study can be improved if we read more books. 4) Saving Water

And I think it’s a great shame to waste while millions are in great need of water. I think what we can
do is that we have to save every drop of water as possible as we can. For example, we must turn off
the tap immediately after we use it. We can use a basin to wash our hands and faces. It’s also a good idea to encourage my friends and family members to join me! Only in this way can we live happily. Sometimes, the greatest enemy is yourself; that’s to say, sometimes, you are beaten by yourself. We should also learn to smile to others. It will help us to get closer to others. So, smile s the most widely understood language.
6)How to Keep Healthy
All of us want to be healthy. First，we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. Second, we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third, we should do more exercise to build up our bodies. Finally, we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If we don’t feel well, we should go to see the doctor at once.
7)Earthquake
1.Watching the program of earthquake on television, tears cover my face and my heart is shocking.
Many people lost their relatives and their homes. All the Chinese people feel quite sorrowful. A lot of people volunteer to help them. Some people raise money for them, some people buy something for them, some people go there to comfort the sad children. Thousands of soldiers help them to save their relatives and rebuild their homes Even foreign friends also give them a hand.
I’m deeply moved by these people. So I’ll use my pocket money to buy some food and school things for the children there. I think all of us should try our best to help them to get out of the trouble together.
2.玉树地震The earthquake in Yushu An earthquake happened on April 14th in the Y ushu county of Qinghai province. There are many people died in this earthquake. When we heard the news, we were all shocked and sad. But when I think of Wenchuan, I believe that people in Yushu are not alone, because we, all the Chinese, will be with them. We should try our best to help people in Yushu. I will take actions to help the people, such as donating money and things they need for them. And we should make friends with homeless children and cheer them up. If possible, I want to be a volunteer in Yushu and help them build the new house! I hope that they can overcome the disaster and lead happy lives in their rebuilt home soon.
3.If earthquake happened, firstly, don't panic and calm down. Secondly, find some safe place to stay and don't run in such a hurry. If in the room, one should hide himself/herself under something hard, such as desk, table or even bed and keep away from shelf and cupboard, and never take a lift to go downstairs. If in the open air, find an open place and never get close to cars or waterside. Thirdly, we should help each other when we meet trouble. At last, no matter how strong the earthquake is, if only we have the belief to defeat it and never give up, we must be able to overcome any difficulties.

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this research is to know college students’ knowledge, attitude and behavior about AIDS in Jiangsu province, so we can evaluate the effect of AIDS intervention to provide evidence for AIDS public education more effectively in the future. Methods: We educated college students of six pilot universities by playing the videos and sending health education prescription as the main way of risk warning education. We selected students from each college randomly as evaluation object, the questionnaire mainly included students’ basic information, AIDS related knowledge and sexual health.Descriptive analysiswas conducted to analysis s tudents’ basic situation and the sexual health conditions,chi-square test was used to analysis the difference of the education on HIV/AIDS related knowledge, awareness and attitude. Results: After education, the awareness level of the basic knowledge of AIDS in all students increased from 69.05% to 82.15%(Χ2=147.335,P<0.001), but the level of awareness of the students varied from school to school, and there is a big space for improvement in each school; Introduction of the programme witnessed a dramatic change in the students’ attitudes towards AIDS. For instance, the answers of“students’attitudes towards the importance of teaching AIDS related education in schools,someone suspected of being infected with the AIDS/HIV virus will immediately do the antibody detection test or not and the willingness to use condom during the sexual encounter” ha ve proportionally increased in the positive direction. Conclusion: The evaluation results show that the pilot educational activities have made significant effect. Although promotion of AIDS education in the colleges has proven to be fruitful, beneficial and worthy enough but some part of the education still needs to be improved and strengthened.
