英语试卷分析报告
一、试卷的简要评价
2017年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试英语I卷(以下统称英语I卷)在命题上充分体现了高考评价体系“一核四层四翼”的总体要求，围绕立德树人的教育根本任务，紧扣全国统一考试大纲，突出高中新课程的基本理念，以考查学生关键能力和学科素养为主要目标，在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观的目标上做出了具体的要求，坚持稳定中秋法发展，具有良好的信度和效度，也为教学提供和很好的导向性。
试卷把对知识点的考查放在语境中进行，突出了对考生综合语言运用能力的考查，试题难度适中，没有偏题、怪题，在考点的选择、试题的设计、选用文章的体裁和题材的搭配上既保持了近年来的稳定性和延续性，突出了灵活性和开放性，覆盖面广。
从试卷结构上看，全卷由听力理解(30％)、阅读理解(40％)、完型填空(30%)、语篇型语法填空(15％)、短文改错(10％)和书面表达(25%)等六个部分组成。通观全卷，试题易、中、难比例合理，具有较高的效度和应有的区分度。
从选材上看，试题除了体现应有的科学性、严谨性和公平性以外，还体现了以下特点：所选材料贴近生活实际，语言地道，时代感强。其中听力话题较往年增添了不少新的话题；所选材料融知识性和教育性于一体，重视对学生思想的引导和渗透。阅读理解与完形填空涵盖了记叙文、议论文和说明文等体裁，基本符合考生的生活经验和认知水平，并且呈现了较好的开放性，如书面表达等。
听力命题注重口语交际。试卷的对话选材贴近生活，注重实际运用。难度编排循序渐进，题型设置没有任何变化，但难度较去年有所上升。学生有足够的时间获取信息和思考、判断；试卷中考点的设置完全体现了全国《考试大纲》的要求，努力贴近全国卷，阅读理解部分凸显了对作者的态度和写作意图的理解与判断；语法填空与短文改错考查的都是基础知识，但是，也依然要求考生要具备扎实的功底。
二、各试题简析：
1. 听力理解：
2017年全国英语试卷I在设题上既注意考查考生获取事实性的具体信息的能力(如第14、17小题等)，又注意考查学生对所听内容的主旨要义的理解(如第3小题等)、对所听内容作出简单判断(如第16小题等)以及理解说话者的意图、观点和态度等的能力(如第1小题等)。

4. 完形填空：
2017年全国高考英语I卷的完形填空介绍了在大学选修美式手语的经历，除了对学生阅读能力进行了考查，同时也考查了西方特别是美国文化背景知识。如果学生对美国大学的选课、课外社团活动等缺乏了解无疑会影响答题。
5. 语法填空：
语法填空的特点是语法结合语篇理解，着眼于语法和词汇的运用。所选短文内容为盐和脂肪的摄入对于健康的影响。分别考查了冠词、名次、介词、形容词、固定结构、时态语态和定语从句等语法知识。
6. 短文改错：
短文改错所选文章叙述了作者学习开车的经历。错误设置有较强的针对性，都是学生常犯的错误：冠词、数词、介词、连词、形容词和副词的误用、比较级、祈使句和时态等。
7. 书面表达：
2017年全国高考英语I卷的书面表达是要求学生(李华)写邮件告知英国朋友Leslie下次上课的计划并叫他做相应的准备工作。书信是学生熟悉的写作形式，话题也让学生有话可说。但是，设题涉及到唐诗和唐朝的历史，这既体现了语言作为文化交流的双向性，即：英语不仅可以介绍西方文化，也可以把中国文化介绍给世界。这具有鲜明的时代性，同时，也增加了书面表达的考查要点。有的学生就顾此失彼，造成失分。
三、透过试卷折射出的信息：
由于目前暂时没有相关的测试数据，本人只能根据自己对试卷的研读分析，挖掘出认为对一线教学可能有价值的一些特点，供领导和老师们参考。
通过研读分析，本人认为2017年高考的全国英语试卷I折射出以下几个方面的信息：
1. 落实立德树人的根本任务，凸显高考思想性和育人功能。
语言是知识与文化的载体，也是思维方式的体现。2017年高考全国英语试卷I中的所有语篇和材料都围绕着人与自我、人与社会、人与自然三大主题。题材涉及故事、科普、人文、社会现象、文化活动等，体裁包括了记叙文、说明文、议论文和应用文等。试卷内容丰富、体裁多样、时代性强，充分体现了高考命题的思想性和育人功能。
1) 融入中国优秀传统文化，通过“讲好中国故事”，引导增强文化自信。
2017年全国英语试卷I写作部分的第二节设置了考生较外国朋友学习汉语的情境，要求考生写邮件告知外国朋友下次上课的计划并让他做相应的准备工作。内容包括了学习唐诗和了解唐朝的历史。这些情境设置真实，任务要求符合学生的能力水平，又自然融入了我国的优秀传统文化内容，能够引导学生在使用外语了解世界的同时，注重传承和发扬中华民族文化，运用中国元素讲好中国故事，增强文化自信。
