一、综合语法复习:

because引导的原因状语从句和as…as或not as /so … as引导的比较状语从句。

原因状语从句:表示主句所发生的原因或理由。

because:语气最强,回答why, 放在句首或句末, because+从句; because of+ 短语

as/since:语气较弱,表示明显的原因或对方已经了解的原因,放在句首。

for:表示不是直接的原因,而是多种情况的推测,是一种补充说明。

原因状语从句动词时态搭配:

1.主现从现:

a. She feels lonely because she has no friends.

I can’t get to sleep because of the noise outside. 由于外面声音嘈杂我

睡不着。

He can’t come because he is ill. / He can’t come because of his illness.

b. Since we’ve no money, we can’t buy it.

2.主过从过:

a. I was late for class because I got up late.

I didn’t go because I was afraid. 我没有去是因为怕。
