第八届“泡泡杯”全国少儿英语风采大赛简介
“泡泡杯”全国少儿英语风采大赛，是新东方教育科技集团举办的面向全国4-12 岁少年儿童的大型公益少儿英语竞赛。大赛以学习英语，提高综合素质为目标，以放眼全球，培养世界公民为愿景，致力于展现中国少年儿童的英语才能，提高少儿的英语表达能力和跨文化交际能力。
自2012年开始，大赛将新东方的使命、泡泡的愿景和外专委的责任有机的结合到一起，统一思想、统一行动，为全国的少年儿童打造了最具吸引力的外语交流与展示平台，为中国教育行业树立了规范化、专业化少儿英语赛事的标杆。
大赛迄今已连续成功举办了七届，现已成为国内影响力最大、学术最严谨、赛制最科学的少儿英语赛事之一。七年来，大赛以其专业性、权威性、知识性和趣味性吸引了上千万家庭的关注，更有上百万少年儿童在泡泡大赛的舞台上展示风采，增长自信，并在大赛的参赛过程中得到历练和成长。泡泡大赛已经成为百万少年儿童练口语、赛才艺、交朋友、拓视野的平台，更是一个欢乐的家庭盛会。
第八届“泡泡杯”全国少儿英语风采大赛在2013年春天拉开了帷幕，大赛共分为六个阶段的赛程。从地区初赛、复赛、决赛到全国二十强选拔赛、“网络人气王”复活赛和全国总决赛。过关斩将的精英选手们将于2013年8 月齐聚北京，逐鹿全国总冠军。在各赛程获奖的选手将获得由中国教育学会外语教学专业委员会颁发的获奖证书，并获得由新东方教育科技集团提供的助学现金大奖。

参赛对象及组别设置
参赛对象：全国小学生及幼儿园学生均可报名参赛，分四个组别比赛。
组别设置：
幼儿组（F组）：幼儿园学生
小学低年级组（A组）：小学一年级、二年级学生
小学中年级组（B组）：小学三年级、四年级学生
小学高年级组（C组）：小学五年级、六年级学生
参赛须知
1、本大赛为公益活动，参赛选手无须缴纳比赛的报名费。
2、参赛选手须按照自己实际学籍状况报名参加本组别的比赛，严禁降低组别报名。
3、在英语国家生活一年以上的学生不得参赛。
4、在往届大赛全国总决赛获得冠军和亚军的选手不得参加同组别的比赛，但允许参加更高年级段组别的比赛。
5、适龄学生可以通过三种渠道报名参赛：幼儿园或小学、新东方泡泡少儿教育学习中心及登陆大赛官方网站https://www.doczj.com/doc/8a4784602.html,进行网络报名。每位参赛选手只能通过一种方式报名。
6、大赛报名时间为2013年3月1日至4月12日。
7、地区初赛、地区复赛在各地小学或新东方泡泡少儿教育学习中心举行，参赛选手不得重复比赛，如出现重复比赛的现象大赛组委会将根据参加初赛的时间保留首次比赛时的成绩，取消第二次比赛时的成绩。
8、大赛分为地区初赛、地区复赛、地区决赛、全国半决赛、全国总决赛五个阶段进行。
赛制说明
1、幼儿组地区赛赛制
初赛：为鼓励幼儿园学生参赛，不设置地区初赛，幼儿组学员从地区复赛开始选拔。复赛：选手进行1分钟英文自我介绍并完成两个即兴问答题目。
决赛：选手进行2分钟的英文故事讲解（根据指定内容创编故事）并完成两个即兴问答题目。
2、小学低年级组地区赛赛制
初赛：选手在小学或新东方泡泡少儿教育学习中心参加全国读写笔试统考，选手不得重复在两种渠道参加考试。
复赛：选手根据指定内容进行英文故事表演，比赛时间为2 分钟（含自我介绍），并完成两个即兴问答题目。
决赛：选手在指定时间内根据指定内容创编英文故事并表演，比赛时间为3分钟（含自我介绍），并完成两个即兴视听问答题目。
3、小学中、高年级组地区赛赛制
初赛：选手在小学或新东方泡泡少儿教育学习中心参加全国读写笔试统考，选手不得重复在两种渠道参加考试。
复赛：选手在小学或新东方泡泡少儿教育学习中心参加全国听力笔试统考，选手不得重复在两种渠道参加考试。
决赛：选手在指定时间内根据指定内容创编英文故事并表演，比赛时间为3分钟（含自我介绍），并完成两个即兴视听问答题目。
各组别的地区赛均由大赛命题评委会统一命题。部分赛区经大赛组委会授权可根据实际情况修改赛制，赛题仍由大赛组委会统一制定。地区赛的试卷由分赛区评阅，全国组委会审定。地区决赛由评委现场评分，根据成绩排名确定晋级选手名单，名单经大赛组委会审核后在大赛官网公布。
4、全国半决赛
地区赛每个组别的冠军可参加全国半决赛。全国半决赛含两个赛程：第一个赛程采用网络视频评分的方式进行，专家评委对选手在地区决赛的录像进行统一评分，每个组别排名前三十名的选手获得晋级全国总决赛的资格；第二个赛程为“网络人气王”复活赛，在规定时间内，每个组别中视频点击量前三名的选手获得“网络人气王”称号并且取得晋级全国总决赛的资格。
5、全国总决赛
全国总决赛由大赛组委会在北京举行。
奖项设置
（一）地区决赛奖项设置
每个组别评选出地区冠军1名，地区冠军获得地区冠军荣誉证书及全国优秀奖奖牌及证书，另获得2000元泡泡少儿教育课程代金券；
每个组别评选出地区亚军2名，获得荣誉证书及1500元泡泡少儿教育课程代金券；
每个组别评选出地区季军3名，获得荣誉证书及1000元泡泡少儿教育课程代金券；
每个组别评选出地区十强奖4名，获得荣誉证书及500元泡泡少儿教育课程代金券。
（二）全国总决赛奖项设置
每个组别评选出全国冠军1名，获得奖牌、证书及现金20000元奖学金；
每个组别评选出全国亚军2名，获得奖牌、证书及现金8000元奖学金；每个组别评选出全国季军3名，获得奖牌、证书及现金2000元奖学金；每个组别评选出全国三十强奖27名，获得奖牌、证书及价值1000元奖品；每个组别评选出“机智灵活奖”1名，获得奖牌、证书及泡泡大礼包；每个组别评选出“最佳风采奖”1名，获得奖牌、证书及泡泡大礼包；每个组别评选出“最佳语音奖”1名，获得奖牌、证书及泡泡大礼包。
（三）优秀组织奖
赛务组织规范的组织机构将获得中国教育学会外语教学专业委员会颁发的优秀组织奖奖牌。

小学、幼儿园采用团体报名的方式组织学生参赛。每个参赛机构按照大赛组委会提供团体报名表填写学生的姓名及联系方式。
