铸造机械术语第1部分：基础1范围本文件界定了铸造机械广泛使用的基本术语和定义。

本文件适用于铸造机械专业领域标准制修订，以及技术文件和相关科技出版物等。

3术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

抛喷丸清理abrasive blasting;shot blasting将待清理工件或待处理表面通过磨料的持续冲击以达到预期效果的过程。

抛喷丸清理机械abrasive blasting machinery;shot blasting machinery采用离心力或压缩空气作为加速磨料方法完成抛喷丸工艺的机器。

磨料abrasive media;shot blasting media强制施力于工件表面以获得预期效果的颗粒状金属或非金属材料。

注：金属磨料的分类见ISO11124-1，非金属磨料的分类见ISO11126-1。

加砂与振实设备adding and compacting device消失模铸造中用于造型工序加砂和振实的装置。

示例：雨淋式加砂机、振实台。

自动模式automatic mode全自动模式full-automatic mode一个铸造周期完成后自动启动下一个铸造周期的操作模式。

示例：所有外部工艺步骤由辅助装置自动执行的连续铸造生产。

12间歇式混砂机batch sand mixer;batch sand mill用于分批次混制（搅拌、包覆、捏合）包括有粘结剂、水和附加物的型砂或芯砂的机器。

注：机器通常由装有刮板和/或辗轮，以及混/松砂转子的圆筒形容器组成。

粘结剂binder;bonding substance具有粘结性能，在铸造生产中主要用于配制型（芯）砂以及涂料、型芯胶粘剂等的材料。

注：铸造用粘结剂通常分为无机和有机两大类，也可分为粘土粘结剂和非粘土粘结剂。

配料burdening<熔炼>根据铸造用金属化学成分要求、炉料实际情况和熔炼过程中合金元素的变化，确定各种金属炉料配比的过程。

压铸常用术语（一）压力铸造、压铸机及压铸模一. 压力铸造［压铸］熔融金属在高压、高速条件下，填充模具型腔，并在高压下冷却凝固成型的铸造方法。

二. 压铸机有开合模、压射、抽芯、顶出铸件等机构的压力铸造用机器。

常以锁模力和工作形式表示机器的型号。

三. 热室压铸机压室和压射冲头浸于熔融金属内的压铸机。

压室经鹅颈管与压铸型的浇口连通。

四. 冷室压铸机压室和压射冲头不浸于熔融金属中的压铸机。

将定量的熔融金属浇到压室中，然后进行压射。

五. 冷室卧式压铸机［卧式压铸机］压室水平放置的冷室压铸机。

六. 冷室立式压铸机［立式压铸机］压室垂直放置的冷室压铸机。

压室底面由反冲头形成。

压射时，反冲头下降开启压室射口。

压射后反冲头复位并继续上行，将余料推出压室。

七. 充氧压铸压射前先向型腔中充氧的铝合金压铸法。

由于氧与铝化合，生成细小的氧化铝质点分散于铸件中，因而不会因卷入空气而形成疏松和气孔。

八. 真空压铸先使型腔内造成部分真空，然后压射熔融金属的压铸法。

九. 锁模力在充型过程中，为了保证动、定模相互紧密闭合而施加于模具上的力。

十. 压力中心在平行于锁模力的方向上，溶融合金传递给模具的压力合力的作用点。

十一. 充填速度熔融合金在压力作用下通过内浇口的线速度。

十二. 压射速度压射冲头运动的线速度。

十三. 压射比压充型结束时压射冲头作用于熔融合金单位面积上的压力。

十四. 最大开距压铸机动模、定模安装板之间可分开的最大距离。

十五. 脱模距为取出铸件和浇注系统凝料，动、定模所需的分开距离。

十六. 增压在压射过程最后阶段，压射机构自动开启增压装置，在极短时间内使压射冲头作用在充型金属液上的压力迅速增加。

压铸常用术语（一）压力铸造、压铸机及压铸模一. 压力铸造［压铸］熔融金属在高压、高速条件下，填充模具型腔，并在高压下冷却凝固成型的铸造方法。

二. 压铸机有开合模、压射、抽芯、顶出铸件等机构的压力铸造用机器。

常以锁模力和工作形式表示机器的型号。

三. 热室压铸机压室和压射冲头浸于熔融金属内的压铸机。

压室经鹅颈管与压铸型的浇口连通。

四. 冷室压铸机压室和压射冲头不浸于熔融金属中的压铸机。

将定量的熔融金属浇到压室中，然后进行压射。

五. 冷室卧式压铸机［卧式压铸机］压室水平放置的冷室压铸机。

六. 冷室立式压铸机［立式压铸机］压室垂直放置的冷室压铸机。

压室底面由反冲头形成。

压射时，反冲头下降开启压室射口。

压射后反冲头复位并继续上行，将余料推出压室。

七. 充氧压铸压射前先向型腔中充氧的铝合金压铸法。

由于氧与铝化合，生成细小的氧化铝质点分散于铸件中，因而不会因卷入空气而形成疏松和气孔。

八. 真空压铸先使型腔内造成部分真空，然后压射熔融金属的压铸法。

九. 锁模力在充型过程中，为了保证动、定模相互紧密闭合而施加于模具上的力。

精速密压铸[双冲头压铸〕Acurad die casting用同轴的双压射冲头同步运动进行压射,在压射终了时内冲头继续推进,对尚未完全凝固的熔融金属补充加压以消除疏松、提高铸件致密度的压铸法。

采用该法时，内浇道较厚，压射速度较慢.真空压铸evacuated die casting，vacuum die casting先使型腔内造成部分真空，然后压射熔融金属的压铸法。

压射shot,injection压射冲头推送压室内金属液充填压铸型型腔的过程和操作。

通常分为升压、充型、增压、保压四个阶段。

抛物线压射法[帕拉肖特法〕Parashot process由瑞士布勒公司发明的用于冷室卧式压铸机的压铸法。

其特点是压射冲头以匀加速度推进，行程一时间曲线是一条抛物线，金属液在压室中几乎不会产生涡流，因而可减少铸件中的气体和氧化夹杂缺陷。

压射机构injection system压铸机中用于将压室中的金属液射入压铸型型腔并施加增压压力的成套装置。
