预防接种信息管理系统建设与应用现况

【摘要】预防接种是公共卫生工作的重要组成部分，预防接种信息管理系统的建设及应用，可有效节省人力，提高工作效率，增强预防接种工作的安全性及有效性。预防接种信息管理系统自建设以来，仅少数发达国家及国内个别省市发展迅速，大部分国家及地区发展相对滞后。对预防接种信息管理系统在国内外的建设和应用情况进行综述，阐述预防接种信息管理系统在国外发展的优势和特点，对比分析我国发展现状，以期为未来预防接种工作及其信息化建设提供参考。%Immunization is an important component of public health practice.The construction and application of immunization information management systems(IIMSs) is an effective way to save human resources, improve the efficiency, enhance the safety and promote the effectivity of Immunization. In reality, however, only a few developed countries and some provinces and cities of China have seen a rapid advancement since the first construction of IIMSs while most them have stil remained less developed. In this paper, the construction and application of IIMSs is reviewed. This paper reveals the advantages and characteristics of the international IIMSs and comparatively analyzes the current situation of our country and thus, provides recommendations for the future immunization practice and informatization construction.
