Habits, whether good or bad, are gradually formed. When a person does a certain thing again and again, he'll be obliged to do it in the same way by some unseen force. Thus habit is formed. Once a habit is formed, it is difficult and sometimes almost impossible to get rid of it. ThereforeIt is very important that we should take care in the formation of habits.
习惯，不管是好是坏，都是逐渐形成的。当一个人反复的做某件事时，他就会被某种看不见的力量驱使不得不以同样的方式再去做这件事，于是习惯就形成了。习惯一旦形成，就很难、有时几乎不可能改掉。因此，在养成习惯时我们都应该特别小心，这一点至关重要。Good habits have many advantages. Going to bed early and getting up early makes us healthy. Diligence helps to succeed. Honesty helps to win the respect and trust of others.
良好习惯有着许多优点。早睡早起身体好；勤奋助人成功；诚实助人赢得他人的尊重和信任. If we form bad habits, such as rudeness, laziness, lying and stealing, we might be mined by them.
如果我们养成了坏习惯，比如：粗野、懒惰、说谎、偷窃，我们就可能堕落。
We ought to keep away from bad habits and try to acquire good habits for ourselves and others.

The saying that practice makes perfect means that after you have plenty of practice in what you are doing, you will be perfect in it. He who practices a lot will master the skill more quickly than he who seldom or hardly practices.

For example, when we learn English, we have to learn grammar, words, expressions and so on. The most important thing may be how to put what we have learned into practice. If you only learn the grammar rules by heart and don't do enough exercises, it is certain that you can't understand them perfectly. But if you practice a lot, maybe you will understand them more deeply and you can find some good methods of applying them. Memorizing English words whenever time permits, we can easily memorize them and can even find a way to memorize them more quickly.
比如，我们学英语的时候，我们必须学习语法、单词、词句等等。最重要的是如何把我们所学到的知识运用到实践中去。如果你仅仅牢记语法规则而不做足够的练习，你肯定不能充分理解它们。做大量练习之后，你可能就会深刻理解它们，而且你还能找出一些好的方法去运用它们。只要时间允许就去记英语单词，这样我们能轻易记住它们，甚至能找出一种更快的记忆单词的方法。

My Dream
我的梦想
When I was a naughty boy, may be because of the influence of the film "Xiao Bing Zhang Ga", my dream was to be a soldier just like Zhang Ga. I thought if I was a soldier, I should be able to swim, dive and climb trees as he did. It seemed to be very wonderful. So I began to learn swimming, diving and climbing trees. I practiced every day and finally I could do them well. But when I entered junior high school and had the military training. I suddenly found that being a soldier was very difficult and I wasn't strong enough to bear it. I had to give my dream up.

But I wasn't discouraged, and I had a new aim, which was to be a postman, or rather to be a newspaper boy. As a newspaper boy. In the modern information era, one can't avoid being surrounded by various kinds of advertisements. They serve as a direct bridge between manufactures and consumers. By advertising, manufactures can easily introduce their products and attract the attention of consumers. On the other hand, consumers will have more opportunities to get to know more about the things they are interested in.
在如今的信息时代，人们无法避免各种各样的广告。他们在生产厂商和消费者之间架起了一个桥梁。通过广告，生产厂家可以很容易地介绍自己的产品并赢得客户的注意；同时，消费者也能够有机会对他们感兴趣的产品了解更多。
However, there are still lots of people who complain that many of the words in advertisements are rather misleading. Some manufactures spend far too much money on advertising their products without trying to promote the quality of their goods. To make things worse, some people even use false descriptions in their advertisements for the sake of making money.
然而，很多人抱怨许多广告中的广告词非常误导人。很多厂家花大量的钱财用于广告，却没有想办法提高其产品质量。更糟糕的是，有些人为了钱甚至在广告中做虚假描述。Perhaps it is not advertising that should be blamed rather we need to strengthen advertising law. Only under the firm control of government, can advertisements benefit people in the broadest sense.

Development: 主题的发挥应当充分、合理、正确。
