二、国际货运代理的分类 （一）按企业的成立背景和经营特点为标准分类 （1）以中外运为背景的国际货代企业。 中外运，即中国外运，全称中国对外贸易运输（集团）总公司。是目前为止我国最大的货代企业。我国的不少货代企业以中外运为背景发展起来的，例如：中国外运福建集团公司（2）以航运公司、航空公司、铁路部门为背景的国际货代企业。 此类货代企业中具有代表性的有：中远国际货运有限公司，天津海运集团控股的天海、天新、天富等货代公司，上海海运集团所属的上海海兴国际货运有限公司，中国民航客货运输销售代理公司，中国铁路对外服务总公司等。 这类企业的特点是：与承运人关系密切，在运价及运输条件上具有很强优势。 （3）以外贸专业公司、工贸公司为背景所组建的国际货代企业。 这类企业如中粮、五矿、中纺、中土畜等系统所属的国际货运有限公司。 特点：①在货源、审核信用证、缮制货运单证和向银行办理议付结汇等方面较其他具有明显优势；②规模都较小，服务功能欠完善，缺乏网络化的经营条件； （4）以仓储企业为背景的国际货代企业。 这类货代如：天津渤海石油运输公司、上海国际展览运输有限公司、北京华协国际珍品货运服务公司等。其经营特点是：凭借仓储优势及这方面的丰富经验，揽取货源，深得货主信任。特别在承办特种货物方面的独有专长，但规模较小、服务单一。 （5）外商投资类型的国际货代企业。 三、国际货运代理人类型与业务范围 1）国际货运代理人类型 按法律特征的不同，国际货运代理可以分为以下三种类型： （1）居间人型 这种类型的货运代理的特点是其经营收入来源为佣金。 （2）代理人型 这种类型的货运代理的特点是其经营收入来源为代理费。 （3）当事人型 当事人型，也称委托人型、独立经营人型。这种类型的货运代理的特点是其经营收入的
