【摘要】移动医疗对现代医疗机构的管理运营理念、诊疗流程以及决策行为模式产生重大影响,使得其决策越来越依赖于数据分析和管理.本文提出的基于健康大数据监测平台的移动医疗APP系统框架,通过EHRs决策数据关联分析,实现电子病历再利用,有效识别符合临床试验条件的患者,减少因临床试验招募困难而存在的潜在延误.该模式在医生询诊患者的过程中增加诊断决策信息交互渠道,实现医疗决策系统服务价值增值,对于医疗决策系统品质和效率的提升具有重要意义.%Mobile medicine has a great impact on the management and operation, diagnosis and treatment process and decision-making behavior of modern medical institutions, which makes those institutions pay more attention to data analysis and management. We proposed the framework of mobile medical APP system based on the health big data monitoring platform. In this system, EHRs data association are modeled to reuse electronic medical records, effectively identifying eligible clinical trials of patients and reducing the potential delay due to clinical trial recruitment difficulties. The model also provides an information interaction channel for the medical consultation process with patients, achieving higher value of medical decision-making services.
