ABSTRACT:FIELD INSTALLATION SAFETY REGULATION

现场安装人员应遵守国家和当地政府有关环境保护的法律、法规、制度,以及我公司内部的安全规章,对其人员进行安全教育和安全培训,采取必要的安全措施;对与履行工作有关的陆地、大气或水域进行保护,防止油品、污油或其它可能引起污染的物质污染环境;确保人员和设备的安全,保证一切作业安全进行。

Installation staff must comply with all laws and regulations of national or local governments, as well as regulations of the companies responsible for the installation site. These include, but are not limited to, providing safety orientation training, and essential safety precautions, as well as proper use of required PPE. Crews must take appropriate actions to protect the environment, including the atmosphere, water and the land. Workers are to insure against pollution from oil, dirt or any other kinds of pollution. Crews are responsible for the safety of equipment and personnel, and must be certain that all activities and operations are safe and in compliance with all regulations.

安装人员进入施工现场,应穿戴工作服和工作鞋、安全帽、防护眼睛和工作手套。必要时,要系安全带、带防尘帽和口罩。

Installation personnel must wear proper installation clothing, footware, safety helmet, protective glasses, and gloves when entering the installation area. Personnel must also wear safety belt, anti-dust cap and respirator when necessary.

佩带防护眼镜,要避免皮肤与眼睛同胶粘剂和固化剂直接接触,因为这些化学品对眼睛有刺激;皮肤或眼睛一旦接触了固化剂,要先用水冲洗15分钟,再进行医治处理。

Personnel must protect against skin and eye contact by refraining from directly touching the uncured adhesive. If the adhesive or any component thereof splashes in the workers eyes, they are to use water to flush the eye for 15 minutes, then see the doctor.

丙酮属于易燃品,使用时不得吸烟或靠近明火。

Acetone is combustible, Smoking is not allowed in the vicinity, and there should be no fire anywhere near this material.

打磨后的玻璃钢管道和管件表面应远离有油污的地方,如防冻液、润滑油、机油等。一旦粘上油污应及时用有机溶剂清理。

After surface preparation of the pipe and fittings they must be kept clean and dry, and away from possible contamination such as anti-freeze, lubricating oil, water, etc. If the surface is contaminated it must be cleaned with the solvent or re-sanded until it is clean and dry.

为了防止人身伤害,还要注意正确操作使用切割机、打磨机等加工工具。

All tools, such as cutting machines, grinding machines or any other kind of tool must be operated in accordance with published instructions, and in a safe manner, in order to prevent personal injury.

在施工前应仔细阅读胶粘剂、加热带、打磨工具、打锥机具说明书中的注意事项和安全警告。

Personnel are instructed to re-read all instructions, especially safety procedures before using the field adhesive or operating any tools, including heating collars, drills and grinding tools, etc.

与其它工种进行交叉作业时,注意保护好管线的同时,应积极采取措施确保自身安全,保证他人免受人身伤害.

When operating alongside, or in proximity to any other type of work, installation personnel must be sure the fiberglass pipe and fittings are not damaged, and must also follow the safety regulations of the other trades to ensure their own personal safety while installing our products. It is the responsibility of our own personnel to ensure that our operations do not injure other workers as well.

在使用打磨机、切割机等用电设施前应检查电源和所用机具的电源是否一致;沿线检查电线是否有裸露。

Before operating any power equipment, always check whether the local voltage and current of power supply is compatible with the equipment. Inspect all wires and cables to insure they are in good condition and undamaged.

禁止酒后上岗作业,严禁在厂区内斗殴闹事。

No company representative may use or be under the influence of any intoxicating substance (alcohol, drugs, etc) while on the jobsite. Installation personnel must not cause any disturbances or engage in fighting on the jobsite.

电气设备和线路应符合国家有关安全规定。电气设备应有可熔保险和漏电保护,绝缘必须良好,并有可靠的接地或接零保护措施。

Electrical equipment, plugs, cords and cables must comply with existing regulations, all local, national and governmental. Equipment must have fuses, guards, proper insulation and reliable grounding.

无论到任何地方工作或到任何场所,首先要了解安全通道和紧急通道。

Upon arrival at a new jobsite, personnel should observe the location of emergency exits and safety exits. Installation personnel are to also familiarize themselves with all local safety regulations.

安装完毕,我公司禁止用气体进行管道试压。而建议用水或者其他安全,无毒,无污染,不可压缩的液体。

When testing the completed installation, Please do not use gas or air to test the system. Use only water or some other safe, non-polluting, non-toxic, non-compressible liquid.

第1章包装、运输、装卸、贮存说明

CHAPTER 1 PACKAGING, SHIPPING, UNLOADING AND STORAGE

1.1 包装 Packaging

管道部件末端如果是法兰,出厂前采用胶合板封堵法兰表面,用塑料扎扣通过螺栓孔固定;管道部件末端如果是其它连接件,出厂前采用三防布和胶带包裹。

If the spool end is flange, flange face shall be protected by wood protectors that are firmly affixed to the flange face by plastic straps through flange holes. For other types of spool ends, they should be wrapped with wrapping cloth and tape.

1.2 运输 Shipping

玻璃钢管道部件在装运前由工厂在运输车内用木方框架固定。每层管道部件应紧密排放,长度方向用50mm×100mm木方支撑,木方间隔不超过3m,木方离末端不超过2m,并用打包带捆紧,每层管子间用木方隔开。

GRE spools shall be secured in the vehicle with wooden frame. Spools are placed close to each other on each layer. Each layer is separated by 50mmX100mm wood planks. Distance between the wood planks shall be no more than 3m. Distance between the end of a spool and adjacent wood plank shall be no more than 2m. Wood planks shall be tightened with packaging straps.

管道部件在运输时,如果拖车长度不够,管子悬在拖车外面的长度不能超过3m。运输前用麻绳、尼龙绳或软带把管道部件捆绑牢固,不得使用钢丝绳、链条等金属绳索。

If the vehicle is not long enough for the spools, the hang out length shall be no more than 3m. Prior to shipping, the spools shall be secured using flax rope, nylon rope or other soft rope. Do not use steel cables or chains which are made of metallic material.

1.3 装卸Load and Unload

对于包装成捆的管道部件建议用叉车进行装卸,叉车手臂用木板铺垫,避免损伤管道。如果没有叉车,则应打开包装木方,用手将管子一根一根地缷下来。用尼龙吊带或麻绳卸货时,至少要两点起吊而且要十分小心,两根吊带或吊绳的间距要2.5m~4.5m。不得用钢缆、铁钩直接捆绑或着钩在管子上起吊,不得将管道部件从卡车或拖车上抛掷。

It is suggested to us forklifts to unload bundled spools. Wood planks shall be placed on the fork to avoid damage to the spools. If forklifts are not available, then unpack the bundle and take out one spool at a time manually. Extra precaution shall be taken when hoist using flax rope or nylon strap, there should be at least two support points. Distance between two ropes or straps shall be 2.5m~4.5m. Steel cables or steel hooks should not wrap on or hook on the spools directly. Do not throw spools off the truck or trailer.

1.4 贮存 Storage

堆放在地面上的各层管道部件之间要垫100mm的木方,木方间隔不应超过3m,木方

离管端不应大于2m,防止产生点荷载与挤压损伤。堆放管道部件不应超过3m高。只有

安装管道部件前才能拆掉防护盖或罩,以防止杂质进入管道内。在管道部件径向上两端

应放置防滚动和滑动的楔块;

For spools stored on the ground, 100mm wood planks shall be used to separate each layers. Distance between the wood planks shall be no more than 3m. Distance between the end of a spool and adjacent wood plank shall be no more than 2m. Avoid point loads and compression damage. Stack height shall be no more than 3m. Protection covers of the spools shall only be taken down prior to installation to avoid contamination. Wedges shall be used to prevent rolling and sliding for parts that stick up;

如果管子准备长时间贮存,一定要罩上帆布,避免紫外线降解、机械损伤。机具、

附件如果长时间不使用,应维修、保养好存放到工具箱内,防止受潮或损坏。

Spools shall be covered by canvas for long term storage to avoid UV damage or mechanical damage. If not to be used for a long time, tools and accessory parts should be maintained and stored in tool box to avoid getting rusted or damaged.

1.5 检查 Inspection

货运目的地后,要对管道部件进行外观检查。因为出厂前公司对产品有各级严格的

检查,如果包装完好,一般外观检查即可,管道部件应无损伤迹象。如果有包装破损或

散包等异常情况,则要对管道部件进行逐个检查,看外表是否有撞击或机械损伤造成的

局部变色或分层。特别是一般车辆运输时,更要仔细检查两端接头有无损伤。损伤的管

道部件编号应在发货单上注明,立即通知运输单位并将损伤件原样保留,以便公司代表

检查确认。

Appoint arrival, spools shall be visually inspected. As products were inspected in the plant prior to shipping, standard visual inspection should be sufficient if the packaging is not damaged. When damaged packaging or loose packaging occurs, individual spool pieces should be visually inspected for surface discoloration or de-lamination due to impact damage or mechanical damage. Especially for ground transportation, spool ends should be checked for damage. Spool identification should be recorded on the shipping document when damaged. Inform the shipping company immediately for the incidents and keep the damaged spools for representative from the company.

第二章O型圈连接

CHAPTER 2 O-RING JOINT

2.1 安装步骤Installation steps:

要用压缩空气或干抹布或毛刷将所有承插插头的沟槽里面的灰尘、残片清理掉并保持干净。任何残留的沙子或灰尘等污物将妨碍连接和密封效果。

Use compressed air, dry rag or brush to clean out dust and residual on grooves of all male inserts. Any contamination of sand or dust will affect the integrity of joint and seal.

在承插口的槽沟、膨胀接头套筒的所有内表面涂上中性润滑剂,润滑O型圈和接头表面,可以避免O型圈翻滚、切断、脱位和损坏。

Lubricate grooves of the male insert (DOM) and internal surface of the expansion coupling sleeve and DOF. Lubricant shall be applied on both O-ring and the surface of the pipe ends, which can avoid twisting, cutting, rolling out and damaging the O-rings.

O型圈安装前应仔细检查类型、尺寸和有无损坏等,之后润滑O型圈。千万不要使用旧的或坏的O型圈。

Prior to installation, inspect O-ring for proper type,size and damaging or not, then lubricate the O-ring. Do not use old or damaged O-ring.

将O型圈安装在已涂抹中性润滑油的承插口的沟槽内,用螺丝起子插在O型圈的下面绕槽沟滑行,使O型圈在槽沟里面能够均匀分布。

Put O-ring into the lubricated grooves on the male insert. Put screw driver beneath the O-ring and slide around the groove to allow O-ring be stretched evenly.

插入O型圈插头直到中间的刻度线与承口的边缘对齐,确认连接点正确连接,如承插口的左右滑动极限线所示。

Insert the male of the O-ring joint until the center line marked align with the edge of the coupling. Check for proper installation as illustrated by the left and right moving limits.

对于有膨胀接头套管的连接,需要将套管先安装在DOM/K的一侧,待O型圈装好后,再将套管拉到中间刻度线位置,插入尼龙锁键。

As for expansion coupling sleeve, prior to putting it on the pipe of the DOM/K side, then pull back to middle line and insert nylon key-lock after O-ring installing well.

2.2 注意事项 Notices

必须采用拉紧器连接/拆散承插插头和膨胀接头套筒的O型圈连接。

Need to use come-along to assemble/disassemble the male insert and expansion coupling of the O-ring joint.

同一规格管子接头的连接长度或插入深度应保持一致。如查出不一致,检查接头是否未对正或者错扣。

For same size joints, the joint length or insertion depth should be the same.

If not, check for proper alignment or wrong parts.

O型圈的更换首先是用拉紧器将承插插头和膨胀接头套筒脱离,取出承插插头上的O 型圈,然后按照上面的安装顺序进行操作。

To replace O-ring, come along should be used to separate the male insert from the expansion coupling. Take out the O-ring and then install the joint based on steps above.

2.3 “O型圈”连接的两种形式Two types of O-ring joints:

a). EXPANSINON COUPLING :由DOM 、DOM/K 、EXPANSINON SLEEVE组成

b). DOUBLE O-RING JOINT: 由DOM和DOF组成

Notes: The details can be obtained from FGS technical department.

第3章玻璃钢法兰的连接螺栓的扭距

CHAPTER 3 BOLT TORQUE OF GRE FLANGE

螺栓拧紧顺序如下图,如果螺栓数目超过20个以上,拧紧顺序类似,在水压试验前拧紧力矩应被仔细检查,每个螺栓的拧紧力矩不可超出表中所允许的最大值。

Tighten the bolts in a staggered sequence as indicated below. If bolt holes are more than 20, the torque sequence is similar. Bolt torque shall be checked carefully prior to hydro-test. Individual bolt torque should not exceed the max. value in the table.

Note:

Allowable torque is based on the use of clean, lubricated nuts & bolts. Rough or corroded nuts or bolts may require additional torque to affect a tight seal.

第4章接地鞍座安装

CHAPTER 4 GROUNDING SADDLES INSTALLATION 当管路位于危险区域时(如有爆炸性原油、气体存在的区域如货舱、压载舱)必须采用导静电管道。

Conductive piping system should be used for hazardous area (Such as ballast tank or storage tank where explosive oil and gas exists)

接地鞍座通常采用下图的连接形式:

Connection of grounding saddle is generally as illustrated below.

将接地导线的两个端子的一端用螺母固定在接地鞍座的螺栓上,另一端固定在钢管卡的锁紧螺栓上(或固定在附近的钢体结构上)。

Tie one end of the cable wire to the bolt of the ground saddle, tie the other end to the tightening bolt of the steel clamp or the hull. Thus the static electricity is grounded.

详细测量方法参见“导电测试” 文件资料。

Refer to “conductivity testing” document for detailed testing method.

第5章连接点的校中

CHAPTER 5 JOINT ALIGNMENT

5.1 法兰连接点的校中Flange joint alignment

法兰连接点的校中必须在最大允许公差范围内进行:

Flange joint alignment must be within the maximum allowance.

(1) 通径小于300mm的法兰平面度是2.5mm;

Flange face alignment is 2.5mm for nominal size smaller than 300mm.

(2) 通径大于300mm的法兰平面度是3.5mm;

Flange face alignment is 3.5mm for nominal size 300mm and larger (3) 玻璃钢法兰的连接螺栓采用平钢垫片,玻璃钢法兰之间采用3mm厚的橡胶平垫片,橡胶垫片硬度是邵氏A 60-70;

Flat washers are used for bolts to connect GRE flanges. Flat rubber

gasket which is 3mm thick and a Shore A hardness of 60-70 durometer

is placed between GRE flanges. To connect GRE flange to steel flange,

tack weld the steel flange first. Weld the steel flange solidly in

place after the bolts are tightened.

法兰没有校中的情况,如图5-2,法兰面形成一个夹角,可能导致泄漏。

If flanges are misaligned as illustrated below, it may cause leaking.

5.2 承插插头(DOM)和膨胀接头套筒连接点的校中

Male insert (DOM) and expansion coupling joint alignment

5.2.1 承插插头和膨胀接头套筒内表面的间隙“L”

Gap L between male insert and the internal surface of the expansion coupling

(1) 通径150mm及以下承插口和连接套筒内表面的间隙最大允许L=2mm。

Maximum L=2mm for nominal expansion coupling joint size 150mm and smaller.

(2) 通径200mm以上承插口和连接套筒内表面的间隙最大允许L=3mm。

Maximum L=3mm for nominal expansion coupling joint size larger than 200mm.

5.2.2 承插插头和膨胀接头套筒中线角度公差

Angular tolerance for center lines of male insert and expansion coupling

(1) 通径400 mm以下的套筒中心线角度公差C=0.5度,

Angular tolerance C=0.5 degree, if the nominal size of expansion coupling is 400mm or the smaller.

(2) 通径大于450 mm套筒中心线角度公差C=0.25度,

Angular tolerance C=0.25 degree, if the nominal size of expansion coupling is larger than 450mm.

第6章船上安装指导

CHAPTER 6 GUIDELINES FOR INSTALLATION ONBOARD VESSELS

前提条件Prerequisite:

Note: Read the following materials thoroughly.

每个系统的管道安装布置图

Installation layout drawing with spools location for each system

确信这些管段用于相应的船体分段

Ensure the spools are for the corresponding vessel body.

与玻璃钢法兰连接的通舱件在制作过程中钢法兰满焊;在分段预装阶段,腹板和结构应需点焊,穿舱件的套管和腹板间不焊接,待与玻璃钢管连接且调整好后再满焊。

The steel flange connected with penetration piece welded well before installation. But the plate on penetration should tack weld with hull and the coupling on the penetration should not weld with the plate before the hulls connecting. The welding should be done after GRE pipe finally installing well.

6.1 安装步骤Installation steps:

1.在打砂和喷漆之前可将支架点焊在船体结构上;

Prior to sand blasting and painting, supports should be tack welded to the frame of the vessel.

2.两个半管卡中的下管卡应连接于支架上;

The bottom one of the two 180 degree anchor saddles shall be placed on the support.

3.安装分段上的纵向主管,定位是以交叉的支管为准;安装主管的上管卡;

Install the main spools on the hull, locating with the branch pipe. Put the top anchor saddle on the main spools.

4.滑动支座管卡、固定支座管卡均加橡胶垫;

Rubber pad should be added for both sliding strap and fixed anchor.

5.固定支座管卡应拧紧防止管子的窜动;

Tighten the clamps of the fixed anchor to prevent pipe sliding.

6.必须做好双O型圈的连接(DOM与DOF连接或DOM与EXPANSION COUPLING SLEEVE

及DOM/K),确保将DOF和SLEEVE拉到“中间线”的位置,过犹不及。安装步骤参见第二章。

To ensure the double O-ring joint (DOM by DOF joint or DOM/K by EXPANSION COUPLING joint) assembled properly, the DOF and SLEEVE should be pulled to the middle line, more or less is not allowed. The procedure for the installation of double O-ring joint, refer to Chapter 2.

7.现校管的安装:将船舱内主管的支管和通舱件预定位后,测量船舱实际长度,计

算建造误差,调整膨胀接头的插入长度,切割现校管,然后粘接。千万不要不经测量直接切割或不经切割就进行粘接。

Field joint: first, pre-located the branch pipe and the penetration pieces, then measure the actual length of tank and calculate the building tolerance, adjusting the insert length of DOM, cutting the grinded pipe and bonding the field joint. You mustn’t bond the field joint directly if not measuring and not cutting the pipe.

注:按照上述方法逐个连接管子,直到分段安装完成。

Note:Assemble the spools one by one according to the steps above until installation completion in the section.

8.最后的校中检验(仅适用于螺栓管卡,见图6-1)

Final alignment check (Only for bolted pipe clamps, see figure 6-1.) 如果管子已经安装结束,正确的校中需按照以下的方式进行;

Upon completion of the spool installation, adjust alignment based on the followings:

a)水平方向,以支架座上的长槽孔为准

Use the long groove of supports as the base of level line.

b)垂直方向,调整管卡和座板之间的垫片

Adjust the shim plate between the pipe clamp and the base for

vertical alignment.

用一套5-10毫米的垫片来调整管子的对中(见表6-1);

Use a set of 5-10mm thick shim plates to align the pipes (see table 6-1)

对于固定管卡的螺栓在安装完之后应点焊一下或使用双螺母或弹簧垫片防松动,特别适用于震动强烈区域如吸口管。

Bolts of fixed pipe anchor should be tack welded after installation is completed, or to add two nuts on the end of bolt or spring washer for

avoiding loosing, especially for vibrating area like suction mouth. 管子吸口区域应仔细校中以防O 型圈变形

Align suction mouth area carefully to avoid distortion of O-ring. 表6-1. Table 6-1.

6.2 吸口 Suction Mouth

与吸口连接的最近的通舱件的轴心应位于工艺孔的中心;吸口的两侧固定支架必

须用螺栓拧紧、牢固固定在钢支架上

The axes line of penetration piece should be located in the center of the craft hole. Anchors on both sides of the suction mouth must be bolted solidly in place to the steel support.

吸口支耳的结构,见图6-1;

6.3 支座管卡Support pipe clamp

管卡形式和位置很重要,应由厂家的技术部门确认。

Support pipe clamp type and location are critical, which should be approved by the technical department of the customer.

6.3.1 支座的类型 Support clamp types

支座类型分为三种:

There are three types of support

a) 滑动支座

Sliding support

b) 固定支座

Fixed support(Anchor)

c) 半固定支座

Half Fixed support

6.3.2 支座管卡的联接形式 Support clamp connect types

Depending on the ship yard’s requirements, pipe clamps can either be welded or bolted to the support (See Figure 6-3)

a)滑动支座管卡 Sliding support pipe clamp(Guide)

允许轴向串动并且承受垂向负荷,管子四周垫橡胶板,半卡之间垫隔垫。推荐

的连接形式如下,见图6-4;当然,也可以用双螺母的形式来防松。

Allow axial movement of pipe and support vertical load, place rubber sheet around the pipe, place spacer between the two half shelves. The connecting way is recommended as Figure 6-4, certainly you can use two nuts to avoid loosing.

b)固定支座管卡 Fixed support pipe clamp

管卡内管子圆周垫上丁腈橡胶(NBR),管卡两边的GRE管子粘GRE盲鞍座。

Place NBR rubber sheet between pipe and clamp and bond blind GRE saddle to GRE pipes on each side of the clamp.

c)半固定支座管卡 Fixed support pipe clamp

管卡内管子圆周垫上丁腈橡胶(NBR),管卡一边的GRE管子粘GRE盲鞍座,进

行单侧限位。

Place NBR rubber sheet between pipe and clamp and bond blind GRE saddle to GRE pipes on each side of the clamp for limiting movement.

6.4 蝶阀 Butterfly Valve

1)如果蝶阀的另一端与通舱件直接相连,不需要单独设支架;

No need another support for butterfly valve if it connects with penetration piece.

2)如果蝶阀不与通舱件直接相连,需要单独设支架,两个支架至少有一个拧在的

支架座上以便于维修,支架孔配钻,螺栓和支架的材料由用户的管系说明确定。支架见图6-5。

The weight of the butterfly valve should be supported solely. At least one of the two supports should be tightened to the base for maintenance purpose. Drill holes of the supports on site. Refer to end user’s specification for material selection of bolts and supports. See the figure 6-5.

6.5 止推座 Thrust stopper

管道拐弯处可采用止推座作为固定支撑。

Thrust stopper may be used as support at the bend of pipe line.

止推座包括一个GRE弯头及一个直接粘于玻璃钢弯头上的法兰,安装时用螺栓拧固在一个焊接于结构上的钢支座上,由于止推座总是受压,仅四孔法兰就可以固定止推座(如图6-6)。

Thrust stopper consist of one GRE elbow and one GRE flange bonded to the elbow. Connect the GRE flange to steel support by bolts during installation. Thrust stopper is always under compression. Only four bolt holes are needed to anchor the thrust stopper,as figure 6-6 below.

6.6 法兰的拧紧Tighten the flange

拧紧次序请见第三章。

Stagger bolt tightening sequence according to Chapter 3.

6.7 橡胶的材料 Rubber material

法兰垫片、O型圈和管夹子防磨橡胶板,推荐采用丁腈橡胶(NBR)或三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)。全平面法兰垫片厚度是3毫米,邵氏硬度A在60-70之间。

For flange gasket,O-ring and rubber sheet between clamp and pipe, the NBR rubber or EPDM rubber are recommended. Full-face flange gasket materials should be 3mm thick, with a Shore A hardness of 60 to 70 durometer.

6.8 润滑油 Lubrication

安装O型圈时的润滑油采用锂基脂润滑油。

Use the neutral lubrication oil for O-ring installation.

6.9 避免船上的损坏Avoid damage on board

玻璃钢管的处理:轻拿轻放,用帆布或尼龙绳吊运,不得使用钢索,直到管子最后安装定位连接时才能拿开端头保护。

Handling of GRE pipe: Handle gently, use canvas or nylon rope for lifting, never use steel cable. To take off end protection is only after the installation positioning completing.

电焊和明火操作时玻璃钢管道及管件上应加盖帆布,防止电焊渣溅落在玻璃钢管道上;并且在多工种交叉作业中,防止对玻璃钢管道有磕碰的点载荷。

When take welding and torch operation, put sufficient canvas (best to use sheet metal) to cover the pipes to avoid burning damage of pipe and catching fire. Avoid point impact to GRE pipe during multifold work going together. 打砂:应避免对玻璃钢管的直接打砂;

Sand blasting: Should avoid direct sand blasting on GRE pipes.

油漆:如果有必要,可以使用不同的颜色油漆,区分管道系统。

Painting: Painting the GRE pipes is recommended if necessary for marking the different system.
