Abstract
With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the problem of flight delay has become a common problem that people all over the world pay attention to.During the flight delays,many governments,airports and airlines were unable to cope properly with the conflict,resulting in passengers taking the plane,hitting the boarding gate and parking apron,and assaulting staff.This is the result of delays in dealing with flight delays.This has not only brought great impacts to the airport,but also damaged the image of the local government.So the problem of flight delay has become a major issue for many scholars.
Harbin airport because of regional characteristics,weather and traffic control causes a large area of flight delays have occurred,in dealing with the delays in the issue has become increasingly prominent,the flight delay process has been very confused,the main problems are the Harbin airport facilities behind,emergency response plan is not perfect,the information transfer unseasonal not in place,the airline service is different,remedial measures, management responsibility,the low quality of the staff,passengers of aviation laws and regulations lack of understanding,these problems directly restricts the development of the Harbin airport.All these problems have practical case analysis in this article.
This article from the government,the airport,airline passengers,four factors were analyzed,and the influence effect describes each operation of the main play in flight delays,which summed up the improvement measures of Harbin airport handling flight delays,mainly in the following aspects: strengthening government regulation measures of the airport;improve the emergency response plan of airport the United Airlines flight delay;service standards and compensation standards;pay more attention to the flight delay after the service recovery;the establishment of information sharing platform; staff training and assessment work;strengthen the popularization and promotion of passenger aviation knowledge and aviation regulations.
Through this study,the Harbin airport flight delays have a correct understanding,through the implementation of improvement measures,work out a
rigorous,practical significance of implementing the flight delay process is of great significance to the Harbin airport flight delays to deal with problems to solve.
