一．说教材
1．教材的地位与作用：这单元通过复习和学习一些关于职业的词汇，用be going to谈论长大以后打算做什么以及打算怎样实现目标，与七年级（下）Unit 4 I want to be an actor. 学习关于职业的词汇以及用want to be\do谈论将来，和八年级(上)Unit 3 What are you doing for vacation? 用be doing谈论将来的打算有着密切的联系。本课是这单元的第一课和重点课，学好本课将为进一步学习一般将来时打下良好的基础。
2．教学目标：
(1).知识目标:掌握本课重点词汇computer programmer, computer science, engineer, pilot, professional ….本课主要句型：What are you going to be when you grow up? I’m going to be an engineer. How are you going to do that? I’m going to study math hard.
语法：用be going to表示一般将来时。
(2).能力目标：培养学生应用英语谈论将来计划，提高学生听、说、读、写等能力。
(3).情感目标：通过谈论将来打算做什么以及准备怎样实现目标，让学生考虑自己的将来，及早为将来做好准备。培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣，乐于参加各种活动的积极情感，善于合作，培养学生团结协作精神。
(4).教学重、难点：重点是掌握本课computer programmer, computer science, engineer, pilot, professional等重点词汇，What are you going to be when you grow up? I’m going to be an engineer. How are you going to do that? I’m going to study math hard.等重点句型和语法：用be going to表示一般将来时。
难点是一般将来时be going to 中be 的具体形式和后面接动词原形的用法, 而学生根据自己喜欢的职业，运用所学知识谈论自己打算怎样做来实现目标则既是难点，又是能力训练点。
确立教学目标的依据：根据英语课程标准规定，通过听、说、读、写的训练，使学生获得英语基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力，激发学生的学习兴趣，为进一步学习打好初步的基础。此外，根据我国国情和外语教学大纲的要求，现阶段外语教学的素质教育主要包括思想素质教育、目的语素质教育、潜在外语能力的培养、非智力因素的培养等四方面。
二. 说教法
1．“Teach English in English”: 即新课标倡导的“用英语教英语”，尽量用英语教学，创造英语课堂良好的听的环境，让学生充分感知，积极体验，大胆实践，把握用英语交际的机会，鼓励学生大胆开口说英语。
2．突出重点，突破难点：通过听力训练、做调查、小组竞赛等多种形式反复操练重点句型，巩固所学知识，提高灵活运用能力，通过操练中人称的变化和幻灯片展示帮助学生更好地领会语法。
3．任务型教学法：倡导体验参与，培养自主学习能力。课前布置任务，要求学生复习七年级（下）Unit 4中关于职业的词汇，预先读本课新词，让学生带着任务有目的地上课，并在课堂学习中不断获得完成此任务所必须的知识、能力、技能等，为最终完成任务作全面的准备。
4. 游戏教学法：新课标倡导的“玩中学，学中玩”的理念很受学生欢迎。设计猜谜游戏复习七年级（下）Unit 4中学到的关于职业的词汇，既达到以旧带新的目的，又有效地激发了学生的学习兴趣，活跃了课堂气氛。
5.竞赛教学法：根据初中生争强好胜的性格特征，在课堂内引进小组竞争机制，提高团体活动效率，加强团体凝聚力，激发学生的求知欲和参与意识。
6．借助多媒体辅助教学，形象、生动，使课堂容量相对增加，给学生提供更多的语言实践机会，有利于综合语言运用能力的提高。
7．教具：电脑多媒体、谜语卡片、录音机等。
三．说教学过程：根据英语五步教学法“组织课堂——复习——导入新课——讲授新知识——操练巩固”来开展教学，通过小组竞猜复习学过的关于职业的词汇，多媒体展示图片学习关于职业的新单词，通过联系实际介绍自己的个人成长计划，导入新用法What are you going to be when you grow up? 进一步谈论How are you going to do that? 引导学生用be going to 谈论将来的计划，并通过听力训练、做调查、小组竞赛等形式进行操练，使学生更快更好地识记，巩固所学知识，提高灵活运用能力。

评优课一等奖说课稿（全英文） 说课是20世纪80年代后期随着教改深入而产生的带有教育科研性质的教研活动，其理论和实践越来越受到重视（宋斌华，2007）。它是教师依据课程标准、教育教学理念，口头表述自己对教学内容、教学目标、教学重难点、教学方法、教学程序等进行创造性设计的一种教研形式（崔小春，2005）。通俗地说，就是阐述“教什么内容、为什么教这些、怎么教和为什么这么教”的问题。由于说课能够展现出教师在备课中的思维创新过程，能凸显出教师对课程标准、教材、学生的理解和把握的水平以及运用有关教育理论和教学原则组织教学的能力 由于时间短、易操作、见效快，说课深受教育行政、科研部门和基层学校的青睐，常被应用在教师招聘、基本功竞赛、教学研究等活动中。2008年10月张家港市教育局在张家港外国语学校举行了 全市高中英语教师说课比赛。说课内容是《牛津高中英语》（江苏版）第11模块第2单元Project 中的一篇阅读材料，是本单元话题（getting a job）的延伸和拓展。教学对象是高三学生。笔者就以此次活动为案例，结合17位参赛教师的具体表现和主要问题，跟英语教师谈一谈如何说好课。 问题一：说课，是背长篇累牍的教育理论，还是谈独具匠心的教学设计？ 在这次活动中，有不少教师事先作了大量准备，收集了许多时尚的英语教学理论和教学方法，把一大半时间用来谈理论，说方法，而本节课的教学设计却轻描淡写，一带而过。给评委们的印象是，说课变成了教学理论的演讲，内容雷同现象严重，而且自己所倡导的理论和方法并没有在教学设计中得到体现。 说道理，讲方法，是说课的一个显著特征，但绝不是说课的主体。成功的说课，应该把教学设计和教学理论有机地结合在一起，且要略侧重于说教学设计。教材特点和学生实际是说课的两个重心。教师一定要紧紧围绕这两个重心，精心设计教学活动或任务，以此来展示自己对教育教学理论理解的深度，展示自己对学生学情把握的准确度，展示自己在教学设计上的独到之处。“说”是形式，“课”及“课理”是内容，只有做到形式与内容辩证统一，才能达到预期的说课目的。换句话说，说课不是长篇大论地演讲教学理论，而是要谈自己任何运用教学理论解决教学中所遇到的实际问题。 本次说课材料具有两个特点：一是，篇幅长，全文长达688个词；二是，话题新，“休学实践年（a gap year）”，对绝大部分中国学生来说是一个新事物。于是，如何合理使用教学理论突破这两个难点就成了本次说课的重点和亮点所在。朱俊爽老师大胆创新，用夹叙夹议的方式叙述了自己的独特思考，令评委有耳目一新的感觉，其主要亮点是：⑴把阅读材料分解为主要事实和评价两个部分，即三个学生参加休学实践年的经历体会，和英语政府、雇主、大学对这种做法的评价，便于学生掌握文章的主要事实和观点；⑵调整部分段落的处理顺序，把第4、5、6自然段这三段视为一个整体，当做听力材料，放在阅读之前就处理掉，缓解学生的阅读心理负担；⑶分析篇章结构，让学生体会到，尽管第2、3自然段和第7、8自然段的表述方式迥异，但内容大致相同，并设计了相应的任务（similar sentences）。 问题二：说课，是纸上谈兵，还是上课前的模拟预演？ 通过这次说课比赛，有8名教师胜出，参加了接下来的评优课比赛。这其中发生了一个奇怪现象：有个别教师在说课时显得理念时尚、手段新颖，什么三维目标、任务型教学、小组合作探究、多媒

I think being a teacher, we should give a scientific and feasible interpretation on what you are going to teach by this means can we guarantee a good quality in the class, so I will try my best to do a good performance. Today, I will talk about section A of unit 7: where would you like to visit. I will show you my design according to these four parts. They are: 1.An analysis of teaching material 2.our students 3.the teaching methods and aids 4.the teaching procedures PART 1 First, let us come to part 1: the teaching material. 1.1Section A of unit7: Where would you like to visit comes from the book republished by People’s Education Press which aims at grade 9’ s students revised according to the new curriculum standard . In my opinion, sectionA mainly includes basic vocabulary and language structure which students should master in this unit, whether students learn it well or not will have an influence on the teaching activities of section B directly, so we can say section A play a fundamental and important role in the whole unit we should attach to seriously. 1.2So based on the new curriculum standard, I designed three objectives, they are: 1.2.1Knowledge objectives： Students can talk about places where they would like to visit especially by using some words, phrases and sentences patterns appeared in unit 7. 1.2.2 Ability objectives： We know that for all the language, especially English, has four basic skills. They are listening, speaking, reading and writing, so I want to foster students’ four basic skills on the description of the places. 1.2.3Moral objectives; Students can make their travel more meaningful, comfortable, and reasonable. If they have opportunity to visit somewhere one day, so they can enjoy their time. 1.3As we know, one of the way to check whether students have mastered the main content of this unit is to check their comprehension of the teaching
