tackled todayfirst on the agenda is a trip to the grocery store to stock up on essentials for the week ahead I make a quick cup of coffee and head out the door making sure to grab my reusable shopping bags on the way out the drive to the store is a short one but already I can feel the stress of the day starting to build as I navigate the crowded parking lot and make my way inside the store the aisles are packed with other shoppers all rushing to get their weekly shopping done as quickly as possible I grab a cart and begin my methodical trek through the store checking items off my list as I go I try to remain calm and focused but the chaos around me is starting to get to me by the time I reach the checkout line my nerves are frayed and I justwant to get out of there as quickly as
