第一章实训的目的和要求
1.1实训的目的
本实训主要通过实例介绍了MasterCAM的二维建模及加工。在二维建模加工中,首先建立一个零件模型,然后详尽的介绍了机床的选择、刀具参数设置、材料设置、模拟加工,最后生成NC程序。通过实训, 熟悉和掌握master cam绘图的常用命令与基本的操作方法, 掌握自动编程的过程, 掌握加工参数的设置。能够绘制基本的平面图形和一般机械图样, 并掌握其加工方法。使学生能够了解现代机械加工的发展并掌握较为先进的数控加工技术的应用。

2.1绘制零件图
在Mastercam X软件中,利用二维绘制附图中的零件图,如图2-1。

2.2设定工件毛坯
选择【机床类型】/【铣削】/【默认】命令,选择刀具路径下的【属性】/【材料设置】,设置毛坯为x=120mm,y=120mm,z=25mm,将视角坐标设在x0,y0,z0。
2.3工艺过程分析
2.3.1 确定工艺方案和加工路线
根据图2-1要求和毛坯情况,确定工艺方案和加工路线。
(1)铣上端面
(2)2D挖槽
(3)2D岛屿挖槽
(4)钻深度为20mm的4xФ18的盲孔
(5)钻深度为12mm的4xФ10的盲孔
2.3.2 刀具的选择
根据加工要求的不同,所选的刀具也有所不同
(1)铣上端面用直径为10的平底刀。
(2)挖槽和岛屿挖槽分别用直径为1,5的圆鼻刀。
2.3.3 确定切削用量

第三章编程步骤及操作说明
粗加工是以快速切除毛坯余量为目的,主要应用于成型结构零件或普通机床难于成形的结构零件。为了提高工作效率,在保证刀具、夹具和机床强度刚性足够的条件下,先将切削深度选大一些,在选取较大的进给量,然后选择适合的切削速度。挖槽粗加工是根据零件形状自动去除材料,大多数用于挖槽加工,如果是凸形加工,则必须创建边界。精加工一般用于粗加工后的工件或铸件的精加工,其目的就是为了精确的将三维模型结构表现出来。根据所用刀具不同,对编程步骤进行如下说明:
3.1选用平底刀的加工
选择【刀具路径】/【平面铣】命令,弹出串连选项边框,选取所要加工面并点击确认,在弹出对话框中新建刀具,刀具为平底刀,刀具参数如图3-1

3.2选用圆鼻刀的加工
圆鼻刀一般用于挖槽,和精铣。挖槽时:选择【刀具路径】/【挖槽】命令,弹出串连选项边框,选取所要加工面并点击确认,在弹出对话框中选取圆鼻刀,刀具直径为1mm,刀具参数如图3-3。

单击【粗加工/精加工的参数】选项卡,然后按图3-4设置加工参数。

2D 挖槽和2D 岛屿挖槽所选用刀具相同,但直径不同,钻孔的深度也不同,粗加工和精加工的参数相同,在刀具选择时已提及,在此不再用图说明。
3.3选用钻头的加工
选择【刀具路径】/【钻孔】命令,弹出串连选项边框,选取所要加工面并点击确认,在弹出对话框中选取刀具,刀具为钻头,刀具参数如图3-5。

第四章刀具路径检查及工件模拟加工
4.1 刀具路径检查
刀具路径的检查,可以根据图4-1对话框进行更改。

且各项意义如下:
(1):模拟指定的操作;
(2):验证指定的操作;
(3):切换选取操作的刀具路径显示;
(4):后处理指定的操作;
4.2 工件的模拟加工
刀具加工路径生成后,利用MasterCAM系统提供的零件加工模拟功能,可以真实观察实体切削加工的过程,可以看出工艺参数的设置是否合理,零件在数控实际加工中是否存在干涉,设备的运行动作是否正确,实际零件是否符合设计要求。这样可以在实际生产中省去试切的过程,可降低材料消耗,提高生产效率,增加经济效益。在【操作管理器】窗口中单击【选择全部操作】按钮,再按【刀具路径验证】按钮,其最后模拟加工成品图如图4-2所示。

第五章生成加工NC代码
在模拟加工确认无误后,利用Masteream X的Post后处理功能,自动生成加工模型所需要的NC代码。点击符号,弹出图5-1后处理程式对话框,点击确认,输入程序名,对图5-2对话框进行保存,得到自动生成的加工程序,如图5-3所示。用户随时可以打开NC程式文件编辑器,对其进行检查和编辑。
