小微企业财务工作的现状及发展研究
摘要
国家工商总局发布关于小微企业发展报告称，小微企业占全国企业总数的94.15%，提供全国城镇85%以上的就业岗位。小微企业已成为国民经济的重要组成部分,它在扩大就业机会,减轻就业压力,促进市场竞争,推进技术创新,推动国民经济发展和保持社会稳定等方面发挥着重要的作用。但是小微企业规模小，资金少，管理人才素质不高，财务工作一直处于比较薄弱的现状。文章透过小微企业财务工作较薄弱的现状，分析了小微企业财务工作中的问题：小微企业财务工作流程不规范、财务绩效管理能力不到位、财务风险管理意识薄弱、财务人员管理水平不高以及财务信息化管理水平不高，通过分析问题，提出帮助小微企业走出困境的办法，并且建立小微企业财务工作管理评价体系，促进小微企业进一步的发展与壮大，推动中国经济新引擎的发展。

Abstract

However, small and micro enterprises, small scale, less capital, the quality of management personnel is not high, the financial work has been in a relatively weak situation.The article through the small micro enterprise financial work is relatively weak situation, analyzes the small micro enterprise financial work: small micro enterprise financial work process is not standardized, financial performance management capabilities are not in place, weak sense of financial risk management, financial management level is not high and financial information management level is not high, through the analysis of the problems and put forward the ways to help small and micro enterprises out of difficulties.And establish small and micro enterprise financial management evaluation system, hoping to promote the further development and growth of small and micro enterprises, and promote the development of the new engine of China.
