A:Of cause,I’ll suggest Xitang. Xitang is famous for it’s traditional style of a ancient town. Someone may don’t know Jiashan, but he’ll know Xitang. Also,it’s very near to our hotel, about take you 30 minutes by car.
Q10,What will you do after a guest have chicked-in?
A:After the guest have chicked in, we’ll introduce our hotel to the guest. To let him know where the restaurant is and when it opens, also which floor his room is and where the elevater is. If the guest has some laggage, then ask the bellman to carry them for him.
Q11,How will you introduce our hotel to a foreign guest?
A:JWOS Hua Du Hotle is one of the four star hotels in Jiashan. We have 393rooms, 25boxes,and 15meeting rooms. Also there is a health clab in the 10th floor. We are very kind to service you!
Q12,What do you to when a guest have asked to change his room?
A:When a guest have asked to change his room, we’ll have to ask the reason. If it is mechanical problem, we’ll ask the repairmen to fix it, if not we also leave the reason,so that we can improve our service better next time. Then we’ll chick it in the computer to find a fittable room, and let the bellman to send the new room key to the guest and help him to change his room.

A:The health clab is in the 10th floor, and it is free with our hotel’s room key.

A:The business center is on the first floor, the guest can send a fax there. It’s costs 7yuan per piece.
Q18,A foreign guest want to make some money exchanged. How will you do?
A:First we’ll ask how much money he want to be exchanged. Second, ask the foreign guest to show his passport. Third, according to the exchange rate and change money to the guest.
