大学英语四级听力复习计划建议
第一阶段：
每天至少做一套，每套题至少做3遍。并利用两天时间复习自己的整理笔记。
第一周：（2011.10—2011.16）对话练习——时间为7~8分钟。，共计25分钟左右。8%+7%
第二周：（2011.17—2011.23）短文理解题——每天至少做3篇，每篇文章3分钟左右。10%
第三周：（2011.24—2011.30）复合式听写——每天做一篇。10%
第二阶段：第四周：（2012.01—2012.07）
目标：听力综合训练，大家可以自己购买大学英语四级预测卷，或者直接使用历年真题，完成整套，每天做一套（可以与历年考题配合好，以模拟试卷为主，历年考题为辅）。
方法：共做两遍——三遍。并把自己出错误的地方，整理，记在笔记本上。做题目时，中间不打断，并且尽量用早上09：00到11：20的时间(即四级听力考试时间)来做。
注意：要把错误的题目反复听熟，尽量背下来！
第三阶段：第五周：（2012.08—2012.14）
目标：大学英语四级综合训练（包括阅读、写作、翻译等），做2010.06, 2010.12, 2011.06(可以与第二阶段配合好，以历年考题为主，模拟试卷为辅)，每天做一套
考试前一天。
方法：做题过程中，严格控制好自己的做题时间，一定不能有所懈怠。检测自己是否能够在规定的时间内完成所需要的任务。养成把握时间做题的习惯。
