网申投简历各种投递途径注意事项和细节投简历篇主要分成：1、email申；2、信件申；3、chinahr申；4、其他网申；5、其他问题这几部分讲，会尽量讲得实用一点。
open question和在线性格测试会在下一次讲，今天打羽毛球有点累了，所以暂时先讲申请过程中的问题。
首先补充一个简历方面的问题。
大家现在大都都是一面的简历，因为不会有hr有时间看更长的。
提醒一下，如果是递交电子版简历的话，大家应该特别关注word打开后，直接显示在屏幕上的这部分内容。
大家可以打开word试试看，这部分内容大概占到整面简历的一半多一点。
把你最吸引人的内容放在这里，会提高简历筛选率——这个是在简历workshop的时候，摩托罗拉的hr总监讲的。
1、email申。
这个是最没有问题的，把简历丢过去就好了。
我通过这样性质的申请单位并得到积极反馈的包括：新华社分社、日本瑞穗银行、tns、groupm。
主要这样投的都是咨询，于是email投的咨询我都没有过……哈……需要注意的问题包括以下几点：a. 扫描成绩单备用，很多地方要成绩单。
研究生最好把本科成绩单也开好，很多地方要求本科成绩单。
推荐表需要的话也扫描一下。
我不知到是不是所有学院的机房都有扫描仪，反正我们学院是随便用的。
极个别地方需要什么4、6级证书的扫描件，这个到时候再准备也不迟。
b. 投简历的邮件本身，可能的话请稍微写两句话。
一般都是英文的就好了。
c. 照片如果不是拍的数码照片，也请扫描好，有的地方需要email照片。
d. 标题很多单位都有规定的格式，请注意；没有规定格式的，也推荐把自己的名字写在标题里面，学校不错的把学校也写上，是研究生的可以考虑注明。
我一般都是这样取标题的“职位-学校-硕士-姓名”。
因为我的专业不算热门，和所投岗位也不太相符，所以就不写了，有的可以写上专业。
e. 选择邮箱，个人觉得应该是申请一个求职专用邮箱。
有人是和别的信放在一起，也有人用n个邮箱，都不太合适。

7简历的投递简历的投递方式多种多样，常见的包括以下几种：网络投递：通过各类招聘网站、招聘平台、公司官网等在线渠道投递简历。
邮寄投递：将纸质简历打印并邮寄到公司指定地址。
电子邮件投递：将简历以电子邮件的形式发送到公司指定邮箱。
个人递送：直接到公司投递纸质简历。
微信、QQ等即时通讯工具投递：通过即时通讯工具联系HR，发送简历。
在选择投递方式时，应该根据具体情况进行选择。
如果公司有明确的投递要求，应该按要求进行投递；如果没有要求，可以根据自己的情况进行选择。
需要注意的是，在投递简历前，一定要认真检查简历的内容和格式，确保没有错误和瑕疵。
同时，也要注意不要重复投递同一份简历，以免给公司留下不好的印象。
7.1简历投递渠道概述简历投递渠道是指求职者将自己的简历发送给用人单位的各种途径。
以下是几种常见的简历投递渠道：在线招聘网站：求职者可以通过各种在线招聘网站，如智联招聘、拉钩等，浏览招聘信息，找到适合自己的岗位，并在线提交简历。
企业官网：一些大型企业会在官网上发布招聘信息，求职者可以通过企业官网在线提交简历。
招聘会：招聘会是一种求职者与用人单位直接交流的机会，求职者可以携带纸质简历前往招聘会现场进行投递。
推荐：求职者可以通过自己的社交网络、朋友、老师等渠道，向用人单位推荐自己，并提交自己的简历。
邮箱投递：求职者可以在用人单位的招聘信息中找到相应的联系邮箱，将自己的简历作为附件发送到该邮箱。

7.2 E-mail投递简历Email是一种常见的简历投递渠道，以下是投递简历时应注意的几点：简历文件名：将简历文件以“姓名-应聘职位-投递时间”方式命名，便于HR快速识别和分类存档。
邮件主题：主题应简明扼要，说明投递职位和应聘者姓名，例如“应聘XXX职位-姓名”。
邮件正文：在邮件正文中简短介绍自己，表明求职意向和动机，可以简要说明符合职位要求的经历和技能。
SCI论文投稿经验！2009年，我代表本课题组共投递7篇SCI论文（主要是生殖和神经方向），分别投往IF2.5—10分的杂志，经历了许多坎坷。
不过，现在可喜的是已经accept了5篇，均在3分左右，revised 了2篇。
在修稿和投稿过程中，本人学习了不少相关知识和积累了一些经验，现与各位战友分享，并请大家批评指正。
内容清单：1、本人2009年SCI投稿经验总结（含SCI投稿程序）2、本版众多投稿相关精华帖汇聚3、众多战友的2009年投稿经历汇总一、本人2009年SCI论文投稿步骤及其经验总结（一）投稿程序1、选择合适的SCI期刊-Choose a journal。
结合专业知识、2008或2007年度影响因子表和他人经验来综合选择要投递的期刊，并进入该期刊查询系统查询近年来的文章走向。
2、下载Introduction for submission。
只要到每个杂志的首页，打开submit paper一栏，点击Introduction查看或下载即可。
3、稿件及其相关材料准备-Preparation：Manuscript.doc、Tables.doc、Figures.tiff（jpg 等）、Cover letter，有时还有Title page、Copyright agreement、Conflicts of interest等。
4、网上投稿-Submit a manuscript：先到每个杂志的首页，打开submit paper一栏，先以通讯作者的身份register一个账号，然后以author login身份登录，按照提示依次完成：Select Article Type、Enter Title、Add/Edit/Remove Authors、Submit Abstract、Enter Keywords、Select Classifications、Enter Comments、Request Editor、Attach Files，最后下载pdf，查看无误后，即可到投稿主页approve submission或直接submit it。
S C I论文投稿全过程E l s e v i e r在线投递修订版IBMT standardization office【IBMT5AB-IBMT08-IBMT2C-ZZT18】1. 投稿前询问( presubmission inquiries)为了节省时间,一些杂志要求作者在投稿前先询问杂志编辑对论文内容是否感兴趣。
询问时提交的材料包括重要性介绍(可用cover letter 内容) 和论文摘要。

2. 投稿信( cover letter)cover letter 主要向编辑介绍论文题目、主要内容,突出论文的创新性和价值,希望发表在个该杂志的什么栏目或类型,为什么要发表这篇论文,声明没有一稿两投。
还可以简要指出目前该领域的发展方向,说明该杂志什么领域的读者群对这篇论文感兴趣。

servicefee（charge）服务费database数据库，在猎头公司通常指为了完成各类职位而积累的候选人简历库。

在猎头公司，新入职的researcher通常需要为了某个职位打大量的coldcall，用于了解行业信息、目标公司架构、搜寻合适候选人。
deliveryn.交付,交货;投递,传送，在猎头公司指为客户推荐简历的整个过程，也特指推荐简历。
你的简历被PASS掉的原因经常会听到有许多（毕业）生埋怨，为什么投了很多封（简历），到最终都是了无音讯，毕竟是什么缘由导致这些简历被PASS掉了呢?假如是以下几种状况，那么你的简历就是零回复了。
一般来说，有两大缘由：第一是投递简历的心态，其次是简历的格式和内容。
第一投递简历的心态：1、冲名气而投此类投递者，往往只看公司名气。
压根不管对方是招什么职位、有什么要求，只要是大牌公司、心仪公司，无论什么岗位，统统投一份简历。
如此盲目投递而不顾自身条件是否符合，这种简历投递方式只会徒劳无获。

甚至投递结束后，他们自己都不知道曾经投递过哪些公司。
一般来说，这样的简历，针对性几乎为零，完全抱着碰碰运气的心态。
越是如此轻率和侥幸，你的简历则越难入得HR的法眼。
3、为上班而投这类求职者，一般都是想尽快找份（工作）先干起来。
他们不清晰公司的状况或职位的详细（职责）、要求，就急着应聘。
尤其是毕业生，他们通常缺乏（（阅历）），对企业岗位设置等知之不多，应聘又经常疏于研读职位说明，空手而归的可能性自然较大。
其次简历的格式和内容1、太过花哨许多高校生为了赢得企业的青睐，都将简历弄得过于花哨，其实完全没有必要，花哨的简历企业一般都会认为其人也是流于形式而直接将其简历PASS掉。
即使是看了，没有特殊出众的地方企业也不会考虑。
此外，若没有特地要求（英文）版的简历，那就不要投递英文的了。
每天那么多简历，HR们连中文的都还看不过来呢，哪里还有时间去看你的（英文简历）呢?2、简历照片过丑或过美简历上的照片是你留给HR的第一印象，因此肯定要加以重视。
有些男生往往忽视了这一点，放在简历上的照片歪瓜裂枣似的惨不忍睹，无疑，这会给HR留下一个很不好的印象，甚至看了照片就直接不看简历内容了，试想，连简历上的照片都不能够重视起来的人，会努力踏实工作吗?但过于重视也不好，有些女生去照相馆照艺术照，弄得特别美丽，这样的做法也不行取，会让人觉得华而不实。

首先将自己的论文分割为3份：Manuscript（原稿：文件名为paper标题即可，其中的图、表删除，表头和图序在文档最后一页以Appendices标示），Figures （图片：文件格式储存为tiff，文件名为Fig.1，Fig.2即可，可用Photoshop软件转换，后有介绍），Tables（表格：储存在单独word文档中，文件名为Table1，Table2即可）。
然后创作一份Covering letter和Highlights。

作者Highlights，一般介绍3-5点文章的创新点和亮点，用符号分隔，字数不能过多，杂志有各自的要求，Applied Surface Science的要求是包括标点、空格不能超过80个字符。

图片的处理，Applied Surface Science杂志要求如下：
TIFF (or JPEG): Color or grayscale photographs (halftones), keep to a minimum of 300 dpi.
TIFF (or JPEG): Bitmapped (pure black & white pixels) line drawings, keep to a minimum of 1000 dpi.
TIFF (or JPEG): Combinations bitmapped line/half-tone (color or grayscale), keep to a minimum of 500 dpi.
所有的图片分辨率至少等于要求，最好大一点（如电镜图）。
1.例如我们做一个500dpi的origin图：
（1）双击origin做的图，程序会自动使用origin打开；
（2）点击菜单“File”，“Export Page”，在“保存类型”中选“tag image f ile(*.tif)”，同时在“show image o ptions”前打勾，确定“保存”；
（3）随后会弹出窗口，在TIFF options窗口中，“DIP” 设为500；“Compression” 选LZW，最后点击“OK”即可；
（4）将所得的TIF格式图片用Photoshop打开，在菜单“图像” ，“图像大小”中确认“分辨率”为500象素/英寸，一般将“宽度”设定为（dpi值×5=2500）像素左右合适；点击“OK”；
（5）“文件”，“存储为”，“格式”选为TIF，然后手动将文件后缀改为tiff ，“保存”，在“图像压缩”中选“LZW”，点击“OK”；就完成了。
2. 如果图片是电镜照片，我们来做一个1000dpi的图片：
（1）图片用Photoshop打开，在菜单“图像”中的“图像模式” 中选择“灰度”
（用于黑白图片）或者“CMYK”（用于彩色图片）
（2）在“图像”中的“图像大小”设定“分辨率”为1000象素/英寸，将“宽度”设定为5000像素左右；点击“OK”。
（3）“文件”，“存储为”，“格式”选为“TIF”，手动将文件后缀键入为tiff，“保存”，在“图像压缩”中选“LZW”，点击“OK”，就完成了。
图片尺寸要求见图1和图2，不过一般将格式和像素调好问题就不大了：

之后在Elsevier网站上找到需要投递的杂志主页，选择submit your paper，进行注册（图3）。

注册完成后，我们需要完成图4所示的8个步骤：

首先我们选择文章类型，通常是research paper（研究论文），如图5。
然后输入自己paper的标题（图6）：

然后键入authors的信息，填写完成后点击add author，这样一位author的信
息就录入完成，这里默认当前用户为通讯作者，若需修改，在页面最下方可以进
行编辑，同时还可以更改作者顺序（图7和图8），所有author信息录入完成点击next跳转到下一页面：

然后填写paper的关键词（图9）：

之后再回答一些原创性、权利之类的问题（图10）：

然后，需要推荐至少3位审稿人，一般选择文章的参考文献中的通讯作者。
网站也有相应要求：不能有两个或以上审稿人和作者同一国家，文章的参与者或作者所在机构的人员不可以作为审稿人（图11）：

以上所有步骤通过后，我们就要开始上传文件了。
选择上传文件的类型，对
它的描述，所在文件夹，然后点击attach this file即可，有的时候上传页面会一直停留，这时你可以在上传之前先查看文件的大小，然后关注电脑上监测网络活动的360软件等，查看IE的上传流量是否和文件大小差不多，且没有继续的上传流量，那么这时候就说明文件已经是传送完成了，我们就可以关闭上传页面，图13又会重新刷新，最下面就会更新出我们上传的文件了。
上传文件的顺序按照1、covering letter 2、highlights 3、manuscript 4、figures 5、tables，这里和网页上要求的顺序不同，因为本人尝试过先上传tables后figures，但网站刷新后，仍然会自动将tables放在figures之后，所以这里就不管它了，无大碍（图15）。

所有文件上传完毕后，点击next，系统会再让你检查文件顺序，并可做更改。
确认无误后我们进入create PDF 页面，选择创建之后，跳转到waiting页面，当status显示从“build PDF”变成“need approval”之后呢，我们勾选后面的“I accept”，然后在这一栏的最前面有“action links”（图16），首先我们选择View submission，将系统创建的PDF下载下来，检查排版是否有误等，然后同样在“action links”里面选择View artwork quality result，这时我们就可以看看系统对我们所上传图片的检查结果，是否pass，若是failed，一般均为图片清晰度不够，可能需要重新作图，然后在edit submission 中将不合格图片删除，重新上传新图，排好顺序，重复之前的操作后，创建新的PDF再检查artwork是否合格。
当你觉得PDF的内容、图表顺序没有问题，artwork检查也全部通过后，我们就可以点击approve submission，“确定”，这样整个英文文章就算是上传完毕，页面会刷新为图17，
之后我们要做的就是时常关注current status。
