电力系统紧急控制综述

摘要: 综述了电力系统紧急控制的定义及其主要目标、已有的紧急控制措施和存在的问题。以先进的系统为例,阐述了集中分层紧急预防控制系统的设计准则和框架。着重介绍了具有紧急控制针对性的分析方法和控制策略,介绍了在线动态安全评价(DSA)的暂态能量函数法和扩展等面积法。在紧急控制系统建模方面,阐述了大规模动力系统的降阶方法,观测解耦状态空间模型以及基于辨识方法的低阶模型。在紧急控制策略方面,侧重介绍了最优目标策略(OAS)、微分几何控制、H∞鲁棒控制和结构奇异值分析(μ分析)等方法。

SURVEY OF THE EMERGENCY CONTROL IN POWER SYSTEMS

Abstract: The definition and objects of emergency controls, existing practices and problems are reviewed. Taking the advanced emergency control systems in the world as examples, the system frame and design criteria are introduced. Emphatically, the theory and methods of emergency controls in power systems are surveyed. The methods of on-line dynamic security assessment (DSA), such as transient energy function methods and extended equal area criterion (EEAC), are interpreted. On developing mathematical models, the methods for reducing the order of space model, including observed decouple state space models and low order identified models are reviewed. In addition, the strategies and methods of emergency control, such as optimal aim strategy (OAS), differential geometry control, H∞robust and structural singular value analysis (μ analysis),are also presented.
