Module5 UNIT1 They're cows

教学目标:

1.知识技能目标:学会farm、cow、pig、chicken、egg等单词,以及句型 What are they? They’re ….

2.运用能力目标:学会用句型What are they ?来询问多个物体的名称,并会相应地用句型They’re … 来描述多个物品的名称。

3.素质教育目标:感受英语课堂的趣味性。

教学任务:

1. 学习任务:What are they ?

They’re cows.

And look at these. What are they?

They’re pigs.

2. 运用任务:1.SB Unit 1 活动3

2.记忆游戏。

3.转圈游戏。

4.AB Unit 1 练习1和练习2。

5.画画说说。

教学重点:

单词farm、cow、pig、chicken、egg以及句型What are they ?They’re …是本课的教学重点。

教学难点:

区分句型What’s this ?This is …以及句型What’re they ? They are …的用法是本课的教学难点。

教学用具:

多媒体课件;

动物图片(每张图片上都要有多只同样的动物)。

教学程序:

一、复习激活

1. 教师热情地和学生打招呼,然后带领学生演唱上一个模块的歌曲《Heads Shoulders》;

2. 展示上一个单元的课后作业。请学生将自己画的手和脚的图片贴到黑板上,并引导他们用英语表达These are my hands. These are my feet.

二、任务呈现

教师用多媒体展示一幅农场的图片,问学生这是什么地方。学生可能会用中文回答这是农场,这时教师可以马上教学新单词农场。然后对学生说:“今天,让我们一块儿来看一看农场上都有哪些好朋友。”

三、课文教学

教师用MP3播放奶牛的叫声,然后用英文问学生:“What are they ?”学生可能会用中文回答它们是奶牛。此时教师教学单词cow以及句子They’re cows.教师用这种办法依次教学单词pig、chicken,最后教学单词egg.

学生听录音,边听录音边模仿课文对话,然后让学生自己表演。

四、任务完成

1. 完成运用任务1。

学生两人一组,一位学生模仿动物的声音或做动作,然后问:What’re they? 另一名学生回答:“They are ….”,两人一小组练习完之后,教师可以请一至两组学生到前面一来表演。

2. 完成运用任务2

教师在黑板上贴出一些小动物的图片,每张图片上的小动物都不止一只,给学生一点时间,让他们记住图上都有哪些小动物以及他们的位置。然后教师请学生闭上眼睛,教师把图片翻转过去,任意指着其中的一张图片问学生:“What’re they?”学生根据他们的记忆回答:“They are ….”回答对的学生教师可以奖给他一个小贴画。

3. 完成运用任务3

教师将学生分成四大组,分别是cow组、pig组、chicken组以及dog组,每组的学生戴上相应的头饰,请一名学生蒙上眼睛,站在组与组的中间,原地转几个圈,定住了学生就可以一起问:“What’re they?”蒙上眼睛的学生用句型They are …说出此时自己所面对的“小动物们”的名称。

4. 完成运用任务4

首先让学生明白题意,先找出左列中几种动物的尾巴并连线,然后听录音并指出相应的图片。然后让学生两人一组,根据图片,进行问答练习。

五、课后作业

1. 听录音,复习本单元.

教学反思:1. 本课的课文比较符合学生的认知要求以及学生的兴趣,在课堂中让学生模仿录音中人物的语音语调,学生比较感兴趣。

2. 在训练What’re they? They’re ….的时候要注意强调They’re 后面的单词要用复数形式。
