A jobless man wanted very much to have the position of “office boy” at Microsoft(微软). Do you know that you are responsible for the environment? You might not know that all those colorful fireworks used for celebrations may cause serious environmental danger. 2.部分优等生基础好，竞争意识强，学习自觉性强，有目标，有上进心，按理说成绩应该会更上一层楼，但却盲目自大，自以为是，咋咋呼呼，不踏实，导致成绩幅度变化巨大，期中考试考年级第五，总觉得了不起，殊不知人外有人，天外有天，这次下降了9个名次，不能在班内起领头羊作用。 3.学生不会自主学习、复习，表现在自习课的利用率低下。老师在班里盯着，他就很认真，一离了眼就转身说话，开小差。甚至有少部分学生对学习的认识抱无所谓态度的学生，平时不能紧张的投入到学习之中，在复习中，敷衍了事，只是贪玩嬉闹虚度光阴，致使一些常见的应该熟知的知识不能正确解答。如语文的生字、古诗词，数学的基本计算，英语的单词拼写，以及政治、历史、地理、生物学科知识点等。这些学生学习的主动性和积极性不高，学习意识淡薄，缺乏积极探究、勤奋钻研的求知精神。整天无所事事，考试六神无主不知所措。并且这些学生的书写习惯、上课认真听讲的习惯、课前预习和课后及时复习的习惯、按时完成作业的习惯等，这些良好的学习习惯还没有完全养成。 三、下一步改进措施 1.结合优等生家长和各科任老师，分析优秀生不够优的原因，进一步为他们明确学习目标，提出更高要求，激活优等生，增强他们之间的合作与竞争，脚踏实地，深入学习，培养班内领头羊，使其带动全班的学习氛围。 2.结合家长和各科任老师，帮助退步学生分析原因、找出差距。 3.挖掘后进生的潜力，做好后进生的思想工作，帮助他们制定小目标
