中药配方颗粒的临床运用概况与未来趋势

[摘要] 了解中药配方颗粒在临床使用环节中的质量可控性（配制及调剂）、价格、安全有效性及合理使用情况等问题，从而为制订国家标准或相关政策提供可靠依据及管理对策。中药配方颗粒是我国中药的一次重大改革，其不仅免除煎煮、服用便捷、起效迅速，且工艺先进、利于贮存，顺应了现代社会对药物的基本要求，在国内外均有着广阔的市场前景，但临床使用中，与传统饮片水煎剂相比，其在安全性、等效性及价格等方面仍存在诸多问题。尊重中医药发展规律，以建立在对传统中医药理论与临床实践有充分认识的标准水煎剂为参比，临床中采用颗粒剂与水煎剂互补共存，以经方为基础创制复方配方颗粒，单味中药配方颗粒及经典药对加减为辅，将在中医临床治疗领域有广阔的应用及推广前景。

[Abstract] To understand the development of Chinese materia medica （CMM） formula granule on clinical status， quality controllability and good stability （compounding and dispensing ）， price， reasonable useage and so on， in order to provide a reliable basis for the formulation of national standards or policies and management strategies. The development of Chinese materiamedica formula granule is a great reform on CMM. Compared with the traditional herbal pieces， CMM formula granule is not only convenient and rapid-acting as boiling-free， but also advanced in producing techniques， and easily handled in storage. It can perfectly meet the basic reqirement on modern drugs and have a broad market prospect both at home and abroad， yet is also hindered by several problems regarding equivalence， and security on clinical application etc. Respect the regularity of the development of Chinese medicine， compared with the standard water decoction based on Traditional Chinese medicine theory and practice， adopt complementary and existence of CMM and CMM formula granule， mainly for Classical prescription granules，supplemented by single formula granule， CMM formula granule will have broad application and promotion prospects on Clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine field.

随着社会经济快速发展和高效率、快节奏的生活方式，人们生活越来越追求便捷式的服务理念。传统中药煎煮时间长，不易保存，携带不便等诸多不足不断暴露，已逐渐不能满足人们的需求，使得患者对于中药的依从性差[1]。研究表明：全国中药饮片产量正以每年14%～28%的速度递减，这说明最具中医特色的辨证论治、随证加减的汤剂用量正在减少，中医临床治疗
