以自救为话题的范文1:科学自救最近，我读了《科学大爆炸》这套书中的《天灾闹地球》。这本书中告诉了我们当灾难来临时怎么进行逃生和自救，用科学的方法应对各种灾难。
随着现代化科技的越来越发达，高层建筑会越来越多，各种高科技的娱乐设施也会越来越多。书中告诉我们，当出现意外时，首先是不要慌乱，及时拨打紧急求助电话，火警是“119”，匪警是“110”，然后等待工作人员的救助。
其次，就是根据不同的情况进行科学的方法逃生和自救。比如，如果遇到了火灾，要是住在高楼上，你千万不要盲目跳楼，要用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，俯下身子，从紧急通道走下楼梯，注意是走楼梯，千万不能坐电梯，因为如果大火造成停电的话，人就可能被关在电梯里出不来，那是很危险的;如果你所处的是较低的楼层，但出口被大火封住了，你可以用衣服、被单结成“绳子”，然后把“绳子”的一头系在阳台上，沿着这条“绳子”爬下楼，你就能获救了。如果在夏天，遇到雷雨天气，那你千万要小心了，被闪电打中可不好玩。有闪电时，那就注意不要在树下躲雨、要穿雨衣而不要打金属雨伞，不然很容易成为闪电的目标。有雷电时，要拨掉家中电器插头、关闭门窗，这样就可以远离闪电了。
此外，我还在书中尝到了好多灾难情况下的注意事项和自救方法。包括台风、泥石流等。通过这本书，让我学到了很多科学
