高一英语听说能力训练方法
高中英语考试中第一个会出现的的就是听力部分，大家可能不知道怎么去听和写。因此听力是许多人最怕的一部分，因此针对听力考试整理了训练听力的方法希望大家去参考以下方法进行训练听力能力。
1.词汇量
掌握听力技能首先要具备一定的词汇量，单词就好比建造房屋的一砖一瓦，没有这一砖一瓦高楼大厦是建造不起来的。因此掌握一定的词汇量是学习外语综合技能的基石。没有这方面的基础，要想提高听力水平是一句空话.词汇量的问题首要的一环是解决输入问题。输入是指通过读和接触到的语言材料、听和读都属于语言的接收能力，所不同的是，读是用眼睛，而听是用耳朵，但两者之间有着密切的联系。例如让学生听这样一篇短文，题目是。从字面意思就是拳击日。其实不然。在西方讲英语的国家把圣诞节的第二天称为节礼日英语就是Boxing Day。这起源于了旧的习俗，过去Boxing Day 这天。现在英国人在Boxing Day 仍然还送报童或送奶人一份节日礼物。所以称之为节礼日。由此可见，这篇短文的题目和拳击这项体育运动没有任何关系。因此好多学生词汇量少，加之不太了解西方的风土人情，听这篇文章就像仗二和尚摸不着头脑。所以学习外语不抓输入就等于无本之木，没有一定的词汇量和知识面，只靠盲听，乱听是不会收到任何效果的。
2.把握正确的发音
在语言的交际中，语音是起着沟通说话人之间的中介物。显而易见，语言在人们的交际中起着事关重要的作用，英语不同于汉语，它没有区别字义的声调，但每一个(有两个以上音节的)词，总要有一个音节重读，这便是重音。重音在英语语音中占有很重要的地位，因为英语就是靠重音体现语言节律的。重音大致可分为两种：词重音和句子重音。英语词重音是固定的，如果读错，就有可能产生歧义。例如：[bilou ] 的重音在后，意为在..下面(below)，而[bilou]的重音在前，则意为巨浪(billow)。而有些语音间的细微差别都会产生词义上的不同。例如base [ beis ] 和basis[beisis ] 两个词中间的元音有区别词义的作用。所以语音是起着沟通说话人和听话人之间思想的中介物。对听者而言，如果中间的元音读不准就会使人误解。学习外语首先要掌握语言的发音及语言的特征，注意对每个音素发音的区别，才有助于提高辨音能力。
3.掌握语音变化
在阅读文章和实际话语中。语言很少一个一个地单独发出来，而是一个语音和其它语音组成一串连续的音，这样在发音时，语音就发生了变化。这种常见的语音变化有：连音，失去爆破、弱音、省音等等。
4.语调
提高听力技能，除了以上所讲的掌握准确的发音，注意语音
变化之外，还要注意语调。
语调是人们表达思想感情的重要手段之一。它除了可以区分句子种类之一，还可以和句子重音一起用来表达各种态度和情绪。
