环保基本术语解释 一、五项减排污染物定义： 化学需氧量COD（ChemicalOxygenDemand）是以化学方法测量水样中需要被氧化的还原性物质的量。废水、废水处理厂出水和受污染的水中，能被强氧化剂氧化的物质（一般为有机物）的氧当量。在河流污染和工业废水性质的研究以及废水处理厂的运行管理中，它是一个重要的而且能较快测定的有机物污染参数，常以符号COD表示。 氨氮（NH3-N）是指水中以游离氨（NH3）和铵离子（NH4+）形式存在的氮。动物性有机物的含氮量一般较植物性有机物为高。同时，人畜粪便中含氮有机物很不稳定，容易分解成氨。因此，水中氨氮含量增高时指以氨或铵离子形式存在的化合氮。 二氧化硫（化学式SO2）是最常见、最简单的硫氧化物。大气主要污染物之一。火山爆发时会喷出该气体，在许多工业过程中也会产生二氧化硫。由于煤和石油通常都含有硫元素，因此燃烧时会生成氧气。当二氧化硫溶于水中，会形成亚硫酸。 氮氧化物?(nitrogenoxides)包括多种化合物，如一氧化二氮(N2O)、一氧化氮?(NO)、二氧化氮(NO2)、三氧化二氮?(N2O3)、四氧化二氮(N2O4)和五氧化二氮(N2O5)等。除二氧化氮以外，其他氮氧化物均极不稳定，遇光、湿或热变成二氧化氮及一氧化氮，一氧化氮又变为二氧化氮。因此，职业环境中接触的是几种气体混合物常称为硝烟（气），主要为一氧化氮和二氧化氮，并以二氧化氮为主。氮氧化物都具有不同程度的毒性。 挥发性有机物，常用VOCs表示，它是VolatileOrganicCompounds三个词第一个字母的缩写，总挥发性有机物有时也用TVOC来表示。按照世
