农业科技成果转化现状分析与对策研究

摘要：该文针对农业科技成果转化率低的问题，结合农业科技成果自身特点，分析了当
前我国农业科技成果现状，从农业科技成果本身存在的内容“小散浅”、重复严重、标准化和简约化程度低、脱离生产实际等问题入手，总结提出了促进农业科技成果转化的“五化”概念，即“完熟化、标准化、集约化、简约化、智能化”，为将来农业科技成果的凝练与创新提供了参考目标，对推动农业科技成果的快速转化具有重要意义。

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements

Abstract：In view of the low transformation rate of agricultural science and technology achievements in china，this article analyzed the current situation of agricultural science and technology achievements，combined with its own characteristics. From its inherent problems，such as the contents of achievements were small，scattered and superficial，some achievements were repeated seriously，low degree of standardization and simplification，and some achievements were separated from actual production，we summarized and proposed five concepts of Maturation，Standardization，Intensification，Simplification，Intellectualization in agricultural science and technology achievements for the purpose of promoting its transformation. The five concepts will contribute to the concise，innovation and transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements.

农业科技成果是促进我国农业发展和调整产业结构的重要推动力量，我国每年大约产生6 000～7 000项农业科技成果，但转化率仅为30%～40%，远低于发达国家的70%～80%[1]。究其原因，有基层农技推广体系“线断、网破、人散”的原因，也有农业生产者素质不高、接受成果能力不足的原因。但归根结底，决定农业科技成果能否迅速推广转化最根本的原因是成果本身是否对农业生产者具有吸引力，就目前我国农业生产者所处的发展阶段而言，“完熟化、标
