2016-2017学年度人教版九年级上学期英语期末工作总结 2016-2017学年度人教版九年级上学期英语期末工作总结 随着期末复习紧锣密鼓的进行，根据班级实际，将本学年的教学工作总结如下： 一、学生情况 本学期是整个初中英语学习最为关键的时期，经过七年级和八年级两年的学习，部分学生已经积累了一些英语学习的经验及方法，学习成绩较稳定。但由于学生的基础及学习习惯不同，学生的两极分化现象会更为严重，部分学生甚至已经丧失了学习英语的兴趣。在这种情况下，为了保证英语学习的效果，一方面，我们继续抓好“尖子生”的培养，促进中坚力量的提高，另一方面，我们也没有放松对“后进生”的要求，三个层次的学生都齐抓共管，达到了预定的目标。 二、已采取的措施 1．落实教学常规。本学期时间紧、任务重，平时课堂上提高效率，备好课，精选作业，做到精讲精练，不搞题海战术，认真批改作业，及时进行单元检测并讲解和反馈，让学生随时了解自己的学习状况。 2.继续培养学生的学习习惯。要求学生一定做好课前预习，加强对预习作业的指导和检查。 3.做好学生的课后辅导，利用课余及自习时间对后进生及边缘生加强指导和督促，争取让他们不掉队。 三、今后努力的方向 1.培养学生良好的阅读习惯。下学期我们即将迎来紧张忙碌的九年级，学生的学习任务更重。为此，要紧跟中考的要求，努力提高学生的阅读能力，继续培养学生良好的阅读习惯，引导学生掌握正确的阅读方法，争取在中考阅读中少失分。 2．认真学习关于中考考试的要求，及时了解中考信息，多与市区教研员联系，三个校区搞好教学联研，认真研究中考题型，密切关注中考动向，为取得中考的胜利做好充分的准备。 总而言之，本学期教学任务已圆满完成，我将坚持不懈，继续努力，争取有更大的进步。
