我的心得体会 这学期的电视节目制作之门课，与本学期的其他课程相比，更加注重实践，给了我宝贵的动手操作和亲身实践的机会，使我对与拍片的流程，具体的每个人的职责与分工，拍片时应该注意的问题都有了清楚的认识。在拍片过程中，我不仅掌握了拍片与剪辑的基本技术，更加深刻的感受到了团队间合作的重要性。在团队中我担任的是场记这一看似平凡其实责任重大的职务。从前期策划到中期拍摄再到后期的剪辑和加工，我总结我的体会是：书到用时方恨少，事非经过不知难。 在拍摄前，因为未接触过场记这一职务，所以我去网上详细的了解了场记的职责和实践中应该注意到的问题，做好了充分的理论准备后，就信心满满的开工了。拍摄初期，因为道具不足，我用的场记板是调白平衡的白纸加醒目的彩色笔，但拍了几个镜头后，发现在监视器中不能看的很清楚，于是果断的换了同学的小黑板充当场记板，这一举动的正确性在后期剪辑时得到证明——清晰明确的“打板”给后期剪辑省去了很多麻烦，节省了很多时间。真可谓是公欲行其事，必先利其器。 以前看电视剧时，总是对剧中的画面场景不以为然，对偶然出现的穿帮镜头嗤之以鼻，当我真正担任场记时，我们有一场戏险些出现了穿帮镜头，我才知道小小场记原来有大学问大门道。它要求的不仅仅是时间的投入，更是需要绝对的耐心和细心。那一场戏设定女主角
给男主角打电话并给手机屏幕一个大特写，因为镜头是上下午分别拍的，屏幕上的手机时间结果不一致。我吸取了这一次的经验，在以后的拍摄中抱着精益求精的精神决不放过任何一个可能穿帮的机会，检查演员的服装配饰的穿戴位置，人物间的站立位置，室内光线的强弱，物品的摆放等每一个小细节我都一再的审查核实。场记工作也使我懂得，不论做什么，认真的态度都是尤其重要的。 做场记没有戏份，但一部片子不是单纯由演员组成的，真正想做好场记就会知道，这是个比较充实比较“忙”的角色，因为要不停地写啊记啊，准确的记录每个镜头的起始，记录有效镜头，场记做到后来，我发现自己手上的剧本越来越烂，上面无颜六色涂了好多……分镜头打板做场记单，记录排练中的花絮和戏中的精彩片段，为演员提词，基本就是嘴不停手不停脚不停，虽然很辛苦，但我真正感受到了拍片的快乐。因为我们的片子是分成若干场景和数个镜头拍摄的，拍摄时因为天气的原因演员的时间安排原因等，不能按镜头顺序进行拍摄，而我的准确的记录对于镜头的衔接，以及后期的剪辑配音和导演的补拍都提供了很大的帮助。 在拍摄过程中，我也学到了一些小经验：拍摄时多拍一些转场镜头和空镜头，对于后期编辑时很有用。拍摄的画面长度要比实践用的时间稍长一些，这样在剪辑时才能有备无患。（由于第一次拍片，我们好多镜头都是一遍就过，这就直接导致了素材的缺失。）即使是基础条件有限，也要争取每个场景从不同的角度各拍一次。在拍摄时要避免画面中出现高光点，否则画面反差会很大，效果不好。

节目录制实训心得体会 接到《市第二届教育电视节目制作培训》的通知的时候，心里很矛盾，为什么呢？因为自己对于摄影和摄像很感兴趣，很想找个机会好好的学习一下，但是另外一方面，连续要在市电教馆学习四天，对于我这样一个处于偏远地区的小学教师来说有很多的困难，一个是路程比较遥远，二是自己的课又很多，不好调整。但最后在秦主任的支持下，还是排除了困难，因此我决定去参加这次培训。 拿到本次培训的课程表时，就觉得这次培训的内容很丰富，形式也很多样。下面就结合三天的培训谈谈自己的想法： 首先，本次培训主要是针对目前学校教育电视节目的制作的，因此，培训一开始电教馆的老师就给我们学员介绍了基础的摄像的一些应用 操作技巧，讲解的内容很实用，很贴合我们平时的工作需要。而且紧接着就带领我们学员到了奥体去实践拍摄了，每个人都交了作品。但是我觉得，开始的摄像的拍摄技巧讲解还可以在深入一些，并且在实际拍摄的过程中应该给我们学员规定一个拍摄的主题，然后作业上交后紧接着老师就可以对于我们的拍摄作品进行更加详细的点评和指导，最后是老师们也同时拍摄一个作品和学员的作品进行一个参照，我想这样能够更加直观的反映出我们的问题，更有利于我们今后的提高。 其次，在随后的培训中又学习了如何使用非编软件对于所拍摄的视频进行编辑，但是学习的时间太短暂了。很多的学员老师并没有来得及完成自己的非编作品，而且对于非编的软件掌握的也不是很熟悉。我觉 第 2 页共 4 页
得应该利用更长的时间对软件进行详细的介绍，并且至少让每一位学员老师都能够完成一个作品。还有后来的ps的学习也应该如此。 再次，对于灯光的讲座我觉得对于我们学校教师来说不是很实用，一方面学校没有条件，另一方面我们的专业知识也不够。只能是作为一个知识去了解。 最后对于校园电视的制作培训非常实用，也很贴合我们的实际情况，学习过后觉得收益匪浅。 还有，我觉得作为一次培训，后续的工作也应该跟上，例如继续进行第二期，第三期的培训；还可以将培训的教程和资源挂在网上，让感兴趣的学员进行继续学习等等。 总之，此次市电教馆举办的教育电视节目制作培训让我感到收获很大，对于我今后在学校的工作有很大的帮助！ 第 3 页共 4 页
