80年代末90年代初，东欧巨变、两德统一、苏联解体，世界格局发生巨大变化，没有对手的美国更是自我陶醉！在1991年的海湾战争中，美国第一次打赢了
战后的大规模局部战争，给了那些“敢于不服”的国家一个下马威！
20世纪末，美国再生事端，以科索沃问题为借口，对南斯拉夫联盟发动了大
