Product overview

Corrugated carton for has not been folded plate printing, laminating good state, in front of the empty container experiments should be reduced. 3. Test method:

3. Test method:

4. The test details:

4. The test details:

4.1 the testing process

(1) sampling: take the company to provide the seal, and complete printing part of the carton, cut down as experimental samples.

(2) test: take two pieces of sample, with two samples of the printing surface contact, each other to rub or wipe three times, check for discoloration, shading, printing problems, such as between. Two sets of samples and testing, best can effect on the whole carton is representative.

实验室实习报告 篇一:实验室实习报告 暑假早以落下大幕一个星期了,远去了的不仅是暑假与家人朋友在一起的欢快,更多的缺失以往暑假没有的过的实习的经历。本来这样的报告应该在实习结束后便立刻写就的,但忙碌的实习生活的结束让人去迫不及待的去享受暑假的尾巴,也就把这件事退后了。其次,写这样一个报告总是要在不断的回忆与思考中进行构思的。所以,这一自我总结的阶段总是要有的。报告这类的文章,我还没曾写过,但看过一些类似的报告无非就是介绍自己在工作和实习的过程中的一些得失,这种得失当然是包括了精神上的与学识上两方面。这样的总结才是完美的,不曾遗漏的。但是这样的总结却又是不能单纯的分开来看的,总是相辅相成不能分离的。下面,我就把之二十多天的实习做一个总结报告。 实习大约是在七月二十六号开始的,开始的便是一堆的麻烦事,我倒是想早点投入到实习生活中,但找这个项目的总监总是一波三折,大概是领导的原因,总是忙来忙去却无法为我所忙。终于在告知我实习后的第三天下午我终于是上班了。因为是在我们县里面的城建局实习,而城建局在项目建设中角色也就是质检和监理。因为质检是在实验室,终究与施工现场不同,不能接触到工程的最前沿。所以我顺其自然的被安排到了监理部,不过这个角色也是我们这行将来就业的一个方向吧。我们的监理部与施工队的项目部是一个办公室。监理部总共有加上我四个监理。一个是陈监理,三十七八岁的样子,个子中等,每天总是乐呵呵的样子,在后来我知道他之前是搞施工的,后来考了监理证才在这城建局谋求了一个职位,星期天的时候还要去城郊区的一个收费站上班,算是兼职吧,但两份工作下来一月的工资也就两千左右。这样的收入在我们这个小县城还算是马马虎虎吧。第二个要介绍的是老王,是个旁站监理,今年五十多了。每日勤勤恳恳,总是最后一个离开,尤其是在夜间浇灌混凝土的时候,要守候一夜的。旁站监理就是这样,要时时刻刻在施工的第一线,辛苦劳累不必多说了。平日里我们两个在一起的时间最多,聊的也最多。得知他以前也不是干这行的,也是通过考试被城建局录用而后便被安排到这个工程当了一个旁站监理,技术水平可想而知,是三人中最差的,但却是三人中最辛苦的。这便应验了孟子的那句话:劳心者役人,劳人者役于人。最后一个监理也是我最为佩服的,作为这些监理的绝对老大,不仅工作态度认真,而且工作能力超强,熟知各种工程施工的要理规范,快六十了干了一辈子工程,经验也相当丰富。不过就在我来的前几日还未曾见过他,后来得知原来是在下班回家的路上眉骨受伤住院的,幸而是小伤缝几针静养几日便好了。 这样,我就每日几乎和这几位监理在一起工作,至于那个介绍我过来的总监刘哥却很少来,毕竟是个小领导么,像这样下现场的事,交给手下人便可,只是隔几日到工地视察一下工作便可,其余时间有事了电话联系。在说我这个工程,是两栋砖混结构的居民楼,是当地村民的保障房项目。我到的时候好像有一栋是二层支模板,另一栋是二层砌砖墙。就在我实习结束后,这两栋楼已经完成了五层了,现在恐怕已经封顶了。其实,砖混结构算是在钢结构,框架结构,剪力墙结构中造价最为便宜的了。可在以后国家也要慢慢取缔这些红砖的生产商的,这样红砖为主额砖混结构要慢慢被那些新的砌体所代替了。实习的过程,每天几乎都差不多,就是上楼检查工程的施工质量与材料质量。由于我去工地时基础早已经完工了,我也就只能去学习一下主体的施工了。主体施工也就主要是支模板,绑钢筋,浇灌混凝土,绑柱钢筋而后砌砖墙。就我这个工程我就介绍下这几个步骤中存在的主要问题。 首先是支模板,支模板是属于木工的活,整体来看模板支的是很不错的,各种规格尺寸到也符合规范,只是在细节方面缺少注意的。主要体现在对模板的支护。一个是支柱的间

写在前面 本次测试主要是针对鼎利V oLTE-MOS产品的测试使用总结,由于之前项目一直分的是CDS软件,存在一定习惯性。本次测试上手,虽然有鼎利工程师现场支持,不过基本都是自己操作测试,鼎利工程师只有在操作错误情况下指出问题。整体而言,操作简单,入手快,测试比较稳定。先写几点直观感受: 1、软件上手比较容易,语音选择汉语后,基本功能分布一目了然。直接选择V oLTE场景,对应需要 查看的界面就配置好了。 2、设备配置就更简单方便了,直接点击了自动配置,GPS、测试手机就配置好了,都不用去记忆端口 端口,想着如何设置。【个人觉得这个比CDS方便,必须给个赞!】 3、MOS测试设备连接简单,一端USB连接电脑,另外两个耳机线插入测试手机耳机口就行了。个人 觉得这里比CDS要方便的在于,耳机线和MOS盒是一体,减少了MOS测试异常问题的排查点, 【相比较而言,CDS 也不会出现中途耳机线和MOS盒连接松动导致MOS算分异常或者过低的问题。 的耳机线和MOS盒是独立的,测试过程容易出现松动,测试人员需要加以注意】 4、V oLTE场景功能。直接根据测试任务选择对应场景,方便用户直接观察对应的测试信息,方便快捷, 【这个必须给个赞了!】 5、对于写报告而言,基本Pioneer软件现在将相关要素都提供了,比如:渲染图、分段统计、PDF图、 CDF图、指标统计、异常事件、MOS打分异常告警等等。基本上报告90%工作都直接用软件完成,确实挺强大。

拉网问题点分析: 问题点1:东坡路路段出现MOS值差,影响通话质量。 【问题描述】 UE占用吴兴天河理想城北由西向东行驶过程中出现MOS差,MOS值在1-2之间,该段通话质量差。 【问题分析】

通过对测试数据分析可以看出在MOS值差的路段由小微站吴兴道场东坡路夹山荡社区北高杆覆盖(D频段),但是在测试过程中并未占用该站点小区信号(A1\A2门限较低导致),该路段的切换链关系为天河理想城北切换至道场西_2然后直接和吴兴道场双塘大桥桥逸_2,且这些小区信号在该路段信号较强,在-80dBm左右,导致在吴兴道场东坡路夹山荡社区北高杆覆盖(D频段)站下无法发起异频测量,从而无法切换至吴兴道场东坡路夹山荡社区北高杆覆盖(D频段)站点,该路段MOS值差的主要原因是切换关系不合理导致。 东坡路切换链 东坡路覆盖图 【处理方案】 方案1:将道场西_2小区的A1\A2门限调高让其尽早能切换至吴兴道场东坡路夹山荡

VOLTE V2V分段建立时延测试报告

一、测试要求 挑选一个历史KPI中没有VoLTE用户的站点,去现场测试。场景如下: 强场:测试10通电话,记录终端log 中场:测试10通电话,记录终端log 弱场:测试10通电话,记录终端log 统计炎强平台的数据每一通电话invite的时间点,183、PRACK、UPDATE、ACK等主要SIP信令的时间点。上述过程在被叫无彩铃时执行一遍,有彩铃时再执行一遍,统计数据。 二、测试数据分析 如下图,白城7月11日选取洮南幸福村3小区,进行了RSRP的好点、中点、差点测试工作,随着平均RSRP的减小,测试呼叫建立时延时延增大。 如下表,提取信令节点端到端时延,分析发现:1)被叫有彩铃寻呼建立时延大于无彩铃情况,Ring 转发时延较大;2)主被叫无线建立时延约占总时延的四分之一,无线环境因素。3)差点弱覆盖场景的时延要大于好、中点时延,信令丢失多次发送问题。

1 优化经验总结 1.1 日常优化总结 日常优化工作主要从无线覆盖优化、参数优化、系统内外邻区优化,功能优化四个方面着手,与ATU路网、工程建设紧密配合,提升整体网络质量。 1.2 RLC优先级优化 现象:呼叫建立与切换过程冲突,专载被MME释放。呼叫建立过程中专载建立与切换几乎同时发生,MME 未收到NAS专载完成消息导致释放专载,终端回复invite580(也有上发CANCLE的情况),专载丢失形成未接通事件。

原因分析:QCI5设置的RLC优先级为2,高于SRB=2(传送NAS层消息)配置为3. 导致NAS的层3消息已经比MR要早,但是因为优先级比MR和SIP低,未及时发送。 优化措施:降低QCI 5优先级,确保SIP消息及时上传,修改后此类问题改善明显。

1.3 QCI 5 PDCP DiscardTimer时长优化 现象:终端业务建立过程中,出现SIP信息传递丢失的问题,导致收到网络下发的INVITE500或者580等原因值释放。 原因分析:UE在无线信道较差的情况下,SIP信令发送或接收不完整或者无法及时传递,导致IMS相关定时器超时而发起会话cancel。经过分析,由于QCI5的pdcp丢弃时长过小,在无线覆盖较差的地方,上行时延会变大,容易导致QCI5信令丢包。

优化措施: QCI5 PDCP DiscardTimer由300ms修改为无穷大优化效果: VoLTE无线接通率提升明显

1.4 SBC传输协议TCP重传次数优化 背景:被叫从2G返回4G后,主叫起呼,被叫首先bye消息,紧接着接连收到多条上一次呼叫的invite,被叫回复bye481invite486invite580,呼叫失败。 优化措施:爱立信SBC对TCP配置进行了修改:最大重传次数从15次改为5次,最大重传隔间从十几分钟改为15s,此类问题已解决。
