质量受权人管理制度

4、受权人一般为公司负责管理的质量管理人员,应具有较强的食品质量安全意识和责任意识,在履行相关职责时把公众利益放在首位,以保证公司生产食品的安全、有效为最高准则。
同时应当具备以下条件:
(1)遵纪守法,坚持原则,实事求是。
(2)熟悉、掌握并正确执行国家相关法律、法规,正确理解和掌握实施食品质量安全的有关规定。
(3)具有食品或相关专业中专学历,具有五年食品生产或质量管理实践经验。
