（二）专项计划 专业初试成绩基本要求 少数民族高层次骨干人才专项计 划 总成绩不低于普通计划分数线27分退役大学生士兵专项计划总成绩不低于普通计划分数线3分 单独考试政治成绩不低于40分、外语成绩不低于34分，专业课一、二成绩不低于80分，总成绩不低于 300分 三、复试内容及办法 1、专业课和外语笔试 笔试办法：采取闭卷考试形式。专业课考试时间为2小时，满分100分（60分为及格）。外语笔试时间1小时，满分50分（30分为及格）。 笔试内容：考核考生本专业的基础理论知识、基本概念以及应用所学的基本理论分析当前专业领域内的难点、热点问题。 2、专业与综合素质面试 满分150分，90分为及格。 测试内容：本专业的基本理论以及实际应用能力、科研能力和水平。全面了解考生情况，包括综合分析表达能力、专业课以外的其他知识技能的掌握，及考生思想政治状况，特长、兴趣爱好和其他情况。 3、外语听力和口语水平测试 满分50分（听力20分、口语30分），30分为及格。 测试内容：外语听力、口头表达和运用能力，专业外语的掌握水平。
