摘 要:为了解决咽喉区道岔轨枕立螺栓折断,道岔轨件磨耗伤损发展较快,滑床板磨耗二开焊,轨下胶垫压溃二变形二窜动,几何尺寸难以保持等问题,分析总结了道岔病害的成因特点及发展规律,通过加大道岔综合维修力度二抓好道岔专项整治二提升道岔结构强度二增强道岔框架稳定性等方法,对黄骅港站相关道岔病害进行了综合整治三研究表明,通过安装整体式轨距杆二多功能防爬装置二通长轨撑铁垫板二热塑性橡胶垫板,周期性涂抹干式润滑剂,安装重型扣件,使用心轨加宽型重载辙叉等措施,有效降低了咽喉区道岔设备病害的发生频次,将咽喉区道岔维修周期从10d 延长至25d 以上,每年节约人力

(Shuohuang Railway Suning Branch Suning,Hebei 062350,China)Abstract :In order to solve the problems such as the breaking of turnout sleeper set bolts,fast development of turnout rail abrasion damage,abrasion and sealing?off of sliding plate,crushing,deformation and dynamic of the rubber gasket,and difficulty to keep geometry size in throat area,we analyze and summarize the genetic features and development law of turnout diseases.The related turnout diseases in Huanghua Port station were comprehensively improved by increasing the comprehensive maintenance efforts of the turnout,paying attention to the special treatment of the turnout,improving the strength of the turnout structure,enhancing the stability of the turnout frame and other methods.Studies have shown that,it can effectively slow down the frequency of turnout equipment disease in throat area by installing monolithic gauge tie bar,multifunctional anti?creep device,tie plate of long rail brace and thermoplastic rubber tie plate,applying dry lubricant periodically,installing heavy fastener,adopting heavy haul frog with widening nose rail.The maintenance period of turnout in throat area has been extended from less than 10days to more than 25days,within a year saving above 2000man?days in human power and over 4million yuan in cost;the service life of turnout point rails,stock rails and steel rails has been extended by 3to 6months to varying degrees,and the cost of turnout rails has
